- Bad car park layout - RM1 for car park - slow service - lack of staff to attend to guest - cheated for room rate - bad staff attitude, no greeting - bad location without nearby eating place etc etc etc

The facility in the bath room is badly designed. The hanger bracket for towel is loosen and going to fall down. The water tap and basin are out of position. The water tap make the table wet all the time.

The room is clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. This hotel is not in Ipoh town (but reachable) so the environment is very serene and peaceful with a very good view of the Kinta River.

Wifi connection is very poor, unable to connect at all. Breakfast buffet's selection was very disappointing, very limited choices and the food is tasteless. Since this is my first time staying here, so I do not like the fact that the the front desk arranged me at Room 106 level 9 which is situated directly in front of the hotel's elevator's area. So it was quite noisy and uncomfortable.

Great hotel. Big room (even the chepaest one). Excellent location close to the river. Lots of food option within two minutes walk (go left to the hotel for upscale dining along the river and right for cheap local food).

Chineese restaurant very expensive. Breakfast a bit weak although lot of choices (but everything tasteless). Service during breakfast is rather chaotic.

Not as rated a 5 stars hotel! The room is very small, toilet's accessories very bad! The room toilet is not clean!

Nice, spacious lobby. Exterior of the hotel is beautiful.

The furniture inside the room is run down. Toilet towel hanger coming loose. Towel dirty and i found a few strands of long hair on it. Room is dusty.

The parking is ok, no problem. The room is generally alright for business trip but not family holidays. Small, you don't have enough luggage space, sofa chairs and socket points. Strangely, you have a standing lamp in the room but there is no socket point nearby.

The shower, there is not enough water pressure, (staying at Level 17) therefore the water control for hot and cold is on the extreme, is not a comfortable shower.

Spacious and quiet room.

The water temperature for shower is hard to adjust. Too hot. At the Breakfast - the fruit juice is the worst i have ever had. More like a sugary water.

It is new. Superior room very big and spacious. Nice Led-light view of river front at night. High tech touch screen in room. Mattress is hard, good for my back. Spacious room and bathroom.

Breakfast low quality. Worse coffee ever, tasteless and worse than normal budget hotel. No supply of soapdish in toilet. No spoon in room for coffee making facilities, only supply plastic stirer. Quality of room furnishing very low.

Poor customer service. Hair dryer were missing from rooms. Called housekeeping and reception twice. Waited for half an hour, still did not get the hair dryer. Breakfast service were disorganized

My expectations for Ipoh hotel is not high, due to it small town. The hotel and room was to my expectation, nothing to comments about it. Breakfast is good, should try, though not many choices, but taste good and fresh. We were like invisible man walking in the restaurant, that I "love" most, if you like to be treated totally invisible, this is the hotel you should stay.

Hotel look good when we arrived, but the front desk staff put me off. We checked in during the first day of Chinese New Year, and she is the first person I saw before the year, unfortunately her face black like charcoal, I asked her politely, did I someway or words I said offended her, she replied "No", I give her an "Red Packet" (Ang Bao), then immediately I saw her smiling face, what a joke to me. I want to the lift realized that I've only 1 key, and that key my husband need it to pack his car, thus, I want back to the reception, I heard her talking to her colleagues about me asking did she offended me? Funny things is that, even I've give Ang Bao, being polite, yet, they're so unprofessionally talking behind your back. Hence, my advise is that, you better keep your mouth shut when you check in, or if you chose this hotel if you don't mind the staffs there talking behind your back. Overall, we just stay one day, the next day we left after the breakfast in the morning, in all, very disappointed with the staffs, not so hospitable, lack of human touch, need a lots of improvements on this aspect. I would recommend this hotel to my enemies. Laugh.

Hotel would be comfortable and nice if they would clean it....Everything is DIRTY!!!!Rooms, gym, pool...EVERYTHING!really disgusting.

This is the dirtiest hotel ever.Thanks God I booked one night only.I Extended my stay in Ipoh but changed hotel.The housekeeping staff is the worst in the world I guess!

Although its new, the corridor looks like its never been vacuumed, some of the bathroom accessory broken. The hotel location didnt appear on google map, it was really hard finding our way, had to call the reception for direction
