Location is good Internet facilities Staff was helpfull Nice characteristic building Price ok
Dark rooms Breakfast almost non excistent
strategic location with economic price
long staircase which is not convenient for old folks.
Parking is a problem.
Great location, great value, close to the bus station (Bako).
Very poor breakfast (banana and bread).
Staff very kind and helpful. Very good location. Central location
Very poor breakfast....They could improve by having staff to serve breakfast. Propose eggs, fruits, fruit juice, cereals and milk. Or they could make a partnership with the Ranee (next door) with a very good breakfast.
Near the waterfront, within the main bazaar.
Room a bit smallish..
Nice location, very good personal, beautiful design.
We stayed in room with personal bathroom. Humid in the room, bathroom ventilation didn't work. Room is very small. Breakfast is basic (only jam, peanut butter and toasts). Looks like the hotel is a bit overpriced.
I only like the location, centre of shopping area and facing Kuching Waterfront.
This hotel include breakfast but they surve only bread and banana. I'am not satisfied for this with my money I spent.
Its strategic location makes a holiday worthwhile. Its surrounding in the heart of Kuching town, ease shopping around Main Bazaar even the waterfront and river cruising. Helped to ease burden of spending for un-metered transportation. Even the eateries are conveniently distant. Deco and cleanliness in the hotel are commendable. Friendly and sincere staff gives comfort during stay.
Its front staircase is too steeped, and the room is quite small but can make do for shoppers and tourists as we don't spend too much time in the room. More lighting are needed along corridor.
Friendly staffs, especially a lady at reception counter. Provide services (ticket and shuttle) to Sarawak Cultural Village.
The bathroom has windows which should be covered. The showerhead not functioning well.
Great and friendly Staff, very close to bus station (from whic you can travel to Bako National Park and Orang-utans Park. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. Rooms are clean.
Rooms are small, in ours WiFi didn't work properly and we had to use it in the lobby. The breakfast was very simple, but if you want to stay there longer - you can buy everything in shops nereby.
The ambience and the friendly staff
Simple. Convenient. Small room but clean. Very Good for short trip.
More lights on the Staircase for safety purpose
Kindness of the personnal -- bonne localisation geographique
the staff were as always very friendly and the location on main bazar cannot be beaten
sadly the facilities have deteriorated from our last visit. there was no option to make tea or coffeee on the room or on the floor. The hot and cold water machine on the floor did not work. In the bath almost all hooks and fittings were broken, the plumbing is quite typical for Malaysia but it really should be improved. Transport arranged by staff is not relyable as we didnt get picked up from Damai the following day, better to arrange ones own transport.
location great, staff nice,reasonably priced
room was moldy and dark and in need of painting
