Good location, friendly staff The room wasn't very clean when I moved in, and it was not cleaned a single time during my three days at the hotel; no window; no fridge; no safety box in the room

Stafnya ramah, lokasinya strategis dekat dgn monorail station. Sarapannya enak, price muraah bgt Ruangan sempit, jalannya macet,menu sarapan kurang bervariatif.

Breakfast provided was okay. At our check-in F.O. manager made it a mess. He looked novice (Date:01st.Sept.2012 at 1.00 pm) and took more than 45 minutes to finalize our room allocation (I booked 3 doubles & 1 triple). Rooms were quite compact and not like seen on the website. I booked better rooms expecting our group's comfort but the room I've got which can be compared to a matchbox had a window but the view was only a pipe alley. Horrible! Wash room has a tiny wash basin. No towel rail. No chair in the room (however no space to keep either). Only A/C socket in the room was not working, not perfected despite reminders. We stayed 2 nights but water bottles and towels never replenished. When we keep two traveling bags hardly any room to walk about. I have paid MR112 p.p. thru the net but personal callers were given at MR99.90 where I have been charged more! Usually when booked through the net we are supposed to get rates less than normal. If someone expects comfort, think twice before booking. More suitable for backpackers!

Vla Garden rooms were very small contrary to as shown on the hotel website. Breakfast not up to the mark and satisfaction. Staff courteous and supportive. Cleanliness not up to the mark. Famous Bukit Bintan and Time Square are near to the hotel and Imbi monorail station is close. It's a good value for money hotel with nearby lively area. Cleanliness, smaller rooms and Break fast. Rest ok, as per pricing.

Hotel yg bagus sesuai dengan harganya..staffnya ramah2 & sangat membantu,,hotelnya jg bersih..dan lokasinya jg dekat ke area bukit bintang,jl alor,& monorail imbi. Dilengkapi jg dgn lift sehingga memudahkan untuk ke lantai bawah. mohon disediakan untuk gantungan baju & handuk.

We hebben gekozen voor de Superior kamer. Deze was ruim en voorzien van douche en toilet en raam. Elke dag netjes opgeruimd en schone handdoeken, alsmede flesjes water. Ontbijt was prima.

De situering van het hotel , is goed op een paar passen van het centrum Bhukit Bintang vlak bij het metro station de juiste naam Villa La Garden staat tot geen enkele relatie tot de plaats van het het gebouw, het ingeklemd tussen veel kleine gebouwtjes wat als hotel(letje) is ingericht. maar voor de prijs niet zeuren je zit overal vlakbij en de avond eet plaatsen zijn talrijk.

Onze kamer was niet vies maar gewoon een beetje verouderd. Het ligt mooi centraal en voor de prijs is het goed te doen. Ontbijt is niet veel bijzonders maar ook goed te doen. Wij zitten nu in penang maar over 8 dagen boeken we de kamer gewoon weer! Kleine douche, sommige medewerkers spreken slecht Engels, kamer wordt alleen schoongemaakt bij afgifte van sleutel
