Lake Kenyir is beautiful.Nice place to relax.The only short coming is ...the place is very far from my country.It took me 10 hours to DRIVE to this beautiful place.But its worth it.Thank You Lake Kenyir.

Quiet, Relaxed Atmosphere, Song Birds and Squirrels, the lake and trees

Poor food choices,internet should be provided free,too little tv programmes, should have more sports and international news like Channel News Asia, no current newspapers, no info about lake whether one can swim in it, should have more activities on the lake like swimming and canoeing. Should have bicycles for rental. Wooden steps not maintained, some had fallen off and not repaired, safety hazard. Power failure in the night. Cut off phone as well. Cannot inform hotel staff. Room was in total darkness. No touchlight provided like other hotels.

I wish to back there.

Nature, beauty, serenity, fresh air.

Very run down, rat ran into our bathroom through some eaten up planks that scared my son, Chalets needed new face lift inside out. Cleanliness needs improvement. Second night, air condition leaked badly in my children's room. This was our first visit to Lake Kenyir, impression pretty negative except for the beautiful nature.

It was a long ride from sg but really worth the ride cos of the beautiful scenery and friendly staff throughout our stay. Although the rain season almost hinders our outdoor trips to the waterfall, caves, etc., we really enjoy ourselves watching the serenity of the lake in front of our room. The memories at the bridge watching the waterfall are still fresh in my mind after we left Lake Kenyir. I'll definitely come back again if time permits.

Kenyir is a beutiful and quite place. The hotel is clean and nice. Service is good. Our family like it so much.

Only not much choice is term of food, only one hotel restaurant there.

I will spend 1 night stay for sleeping, jogging & swimming only.....Cos the distance from Kuala Lumpur is very far till 8 hrs we reach there. The road from gua musang to kuala berang is very bumpy & narrow. Too many holes on the road might need to slow down the speed. Government should put more effort to upgrade the road safety for user.

I like the resort which is isolated chalet type to have own privacy & the lake view which can sit at the balcony. the bed & sofa sitting. The bathroom is large enough but got bad smell from the floor trap. I booked the 2nd chalet & realise that the air-cond is not totally cool once we started to on the air-cond. After complaining to the reception that we wanted to change room & they had arrange maintenance guy to repair but till 3am onward it started to explode & not functioning very well. My friend had wake up twice on 5am to switch on the air-cond again & finally not working anymore. My friend feel very disappointed upon the hotel facilites maintanance work. During 1st day of hari raya, the hotel catering not providing any ala carte dinner & food delivery service, They told us that buffet dinner cost Rm 45 per pax & guest must be attended to the restaurant & not having in our chalet. I am thinking what if elderly or disable people might need food delivery service??? I also heard other guest complaining the buggy car is not punctuate & totally not coming to pick up them from chalet to the lobby. I have experience that the swimming towel is not enough to serve for guest use & already requested at the reception counter but till is not arrive until we had finished our swimming session.

l'hôtel a ré-ouvert après la saison de la mousson sans avoir pris le temps de faire un nettoyage de fonds. sous notre lit,il y avait un sac en plastique, un pieds de lit et 2 cm de poussière. le personnel ne parle pas assez l'anglais, et aucun service ne fonctionnait (spa, sport, etc)

Het is een prachtig resort op een prachtige locatie. Het meerendeel van de huisjes kijken op het prachtige Kenyir lake. Vanuit het resort zijn diverse dag/nacht actieviteiten te ondernemen. Het is een prachtig resort met mooie huisjes en goed eten.

Het was een prima verblijf in dit resort. Een geweldige plek met een schitterend uitzicht vanuit de lobby/ontbijtruimte. Staff erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. In het restaurant spreekt niet iedereen even goed engels, maar ze doen hard hun best. Er was iets mis gegaan met de boeking van een boottrip. Uiteindelijk heeft een medewerker een priveboottrip voor ons verzorgd!!

het hotel heeft geen spa!! er zijn zelfs geen massages beschikbaar. volgens personeel van de receptie is het 'closed voor renovation', maar bleek bij navraag dat het is gesloten en zal worden verbouwd naar een nieuw restaurant. Zwaar teleurstellend aangezien er weinig te doen is na de ochtend excursies. Wij hadden ons al dagen verheugd op spa. Eten in het restaurant is vreselijk slecht!!!! Eten is koud, pizza uit de magnetron, lamsbout zonder vlees!
