Langkah Syabas Beach Resort    

We had our own detached chalet with comfortable bed overlooking the pool and the beach. Loved the pet sheep! Returned on our last night before flying out it was like coming home! Amazing breakfast buffet for a small hotel.

The shower room needs an upgrade soon as loo has problem flushing. May be asian drains!

Value for money. Close to the airport (20 min drive) but no planes above the resort, one of the pools with sea views

Ageeing rooms, beach (quite dirty), sheep wandering around the hotel (hit my son)

I stayed in the family room which was big and spacious. it has 2 swimming pools and the resort is located right off the beachfront. view of the sea was beautiful. surroundings were properly maintained except that some sections of the footpaths require some cleaning to remove the algae/mildew. the food served in the restaurant was generally satisfactory and prices are reasonable.

Relaxed and homey atmosphere, well kept surroundings and the fact that they had a security guard walking the grounds. The food was ok, but the homemade Brie was FANTASTIC!

Mosquitoes abound! But that was expected....

- unfriendly receptionist when check in - when booking, the rate appear not included tax mades me confused when i have to pay tax fee while check in - was given room with unfunctional aircond & bathroom water heater then have to pack back my stuff to change room - breakfast meal not have many choices

The beachfront location was relaxing. The Jimmy Buffet bar-by-the-beach atmosphere. A few good finds at the gift shop. The free parking & free wifi were nice. I am relieved that the staff, was kind enough to provide me with some roach spray; I needed it!

I requested a chalet, & but instead got a motel room. The view did not make up for the giant cockroach infestation. Nor did the good internet reception- make up for the recurring family swimming party noise.

The firstly I like about the Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is a view at the chalet sea view and the pool , is very quiet and nice grass. When we in the Langkah Syabas Beach Resort few days ago I feel relax and I see my kids enjoy. And Langkah Syabas beach Resort food is good even the price is little expensive, but we like it. And for the breakfast thank you very much ,you never charge my kid. Thank you very much. To the president of Langkah Syabas Beach Resort. You have a nice place.we give you 3.5 stars.

The shop. I like it, but your mini shop don't have enough souvenir, and your sales girl more time not available.

Location was good, away from the city and beside the beach. The restaurant was very good. Staff very polite and helpful. The swimming pool a great relief from the heat. Good value for money.

The bathroom was tiny, but we survived.

Lovely Bungalow Resort in a tropic garden, the australian owner is a pet lover, there are cats and dogs and even a sheep.

It's lovely, small, relaxed and comfortable hotel. We were upgraded and we loved our detached chalet, pool and restaurant. Very nice staff, beautiful seaview and cute residential sheep :)

We couldn't swim in the sea because of jellyfish.

Staff were great, particularly Irene. Good location to get out of hustle of KK. We used it as a base for day trips, great size for kids to roam and enjoy the two pools.

A strong wireless connection in the rooms would be good. Kept dropping out. Yes I was on holidays with the family but unfortunately had to take work with me.

провели 7 ночей после 11 в кк. отличный отдых. 2 бассейна (практически безлюдных). до кк макс. 40 мин. на шатле от отеля (40 рм) или дойти до дороги 20 метров, поднять руку, завидев микроавтобус с красным низом и надписью Wawasan Terminal (ходят очень часто - 3-5 мин. 3 рм). обратно с площади (водитель покажет откуда, проблем нет). удобно до зоопарка (wild life), шатл отеля 25 рм в один конец (из города 120 рм туда-обратно + 4 часа там). в зоопарке интересно кормление животных, которое происходит по очереди с 14 часов (расписание дают при входе). в зоо есть ботанический сад, смотреть особенно нечего, но есть удобные места отдыха для перекуса. в отеле растения и орхидеи интереснее. нам показалось, что оптимальное время посещения с 13 до 15. если рассчитать время (быть у лодок у филиппинского рынка к 9.30-10) то удобно посещать острова. до лодок идти от остановки микроавтобуса 15-20 мин. по воскресеньям в отеле великолепный обед (шведский стол) за 40 рм (без налогов). в отеле производят сыры - камамбер, бри, чеддер, фета. рекомендуем. купить можно в ресторане. завтраки хорошие. не гонитесь за шале с видом на море.

Wi-fi в номере перестал работать на 3-й день и приходилось ходить с ноутом на ресепшн. подготовьтесь к борьбе с подлыми незаметными летающими кусачими насекомыми. укус не чувствуется, но потом очень чешется. кусаются днём на берегу и вечером везде. не ленитесь обрабатывать себя антимоскитными средствами. купаться в море невозможно. много мусора и мелко. глинистое дно. если повезет с отливом, то можно дойти до островов. интересно. на берегу много интересных ракушек. несмотря на эти минусы отдых в отеле очень понравился. безусловно рекомендуем.

de geboekte kamer viel tegen. voor een redelijke meerprijs (onderhandelen) kregen we een hele goede , grote kamer ,met een prachtig uitzicht. zwembad voor het terras.

Heerlijk als je even "bij" wilt komen en verder niets anders wenst dan aan het zwembad liggen. Het eten is er prima.

Staf spreekt beperkt Engels. Het strand en de zee is vervuild.

The staff were generally friendly except for the reception staff, who were rather brusque. We stayed in the new wing, which is cleaner and has a pool right outside. The meals were good - if you like Western food (the owner is an Ozzie); if not, better go somewhere else. On Sundays there is a roast lunch buffet - perfect for British expats. The balcony restaurant has great sunset views over the South China Sea. Upstairs there is a well-stocked library for rainy days when you can't go outside, and the desk has DVD players for loan. There is also a small golfing green, so bring along your putter if you're a golfer.

We stayed in the Deluxe Seaview Twin Room. For the price we paid, we found it very poor in terms of cost performance - no slippers, amenities consisting of cheap toothbrush/toothpaste, no hairdryer (the front desk will lend you one if you ask them), and only 4 TV channels (no CNN or BBC). Although the chalet was new, we were visited by cockroaches on both nights. The desk assured us that the mosquito spray in the room worked on cockroaches too, but in the end we had to resort to primitive methods. There is absolutely nothing to do in the neighbourhood, so bring your own amusement. The walls are thin and the quarrelling couple next door kept us awake much of the first night.

We loved our stay,the staff couldn't do enough for you. It is a small resort and is very peaceful. It was so nice to step out of our room to see the ocean and have the pool in front of us. The food is good and not expensive. We will stay there again when we come back to kk

We have no complaints.

Dinner in the restaurant was expensive and the food was not good. We however, met som other travellers, that were happy with the restaurant.

房间不错，很适合休闲。房间一出门口就是游泳池。很适合小孩子玩。餐厅的饭不错，挺满意的。尤其是HOTE- L自己有船可以预约出海，会准备很多好吃的哦，当然你要提前告诉他们你喜欢吃什么 酒店有会讲中文的服务员。

交通真的不方便，附近购物也不方便，离最近的超市坐车要大约10分钟左右。。如果你准备搭出租的话，最好是- 让酒店打电话叫或者用酒店的车(只有一部哦)或者站门口等BUS.但公车司机的沟通比较麻烦。 吃饭也基本上只能在酒店，外面吃饭的地方走路大约有1公里。我们只找到了一家当地餐馆。但味道还不错。

小巧，干净，精致。。。餐厅环境一流，服务态度一流，食品质量一流。。。酒店里竟然还有一只羊。:)

房间的卫浴设备比较落后

Great location for coast/sea/beach as well as quick access to the bki airport. Two swimming pools :-)

A few more local dishes on the menu would have been appreciated.
