Close to Cenang Beach, the eating and souvenirs shopping places, large rooms, breakfast selections, relatively short travelling time to most tourist areas and airport. Room was not cleaned up everyday, good if swimming pool could be cleaner, only 1 clear channel for the tv, not intercom in the room |

location, staff was friendly hotel is quite old-fashioned - look much more better on photos than in reality, breakfast didnt reflect western style at all and was everyday the same, serving potates, noodles etc for breakfast! TV has only one channel,which is malay! No phone and internet connection. Furniture very old and damaged |

The close proximity to the beach. Every other thing about the hotel, the room was not ready for check in, once checked in the room had a bad stench, the heater was not working. The reception service was very poor, both in checking in and checking out. Overall, it was a bad experience, and i'm contemplating to write my experience in a couple of the forums to discourage others from using booking.com and langkawi boutique hotel |

Peaceful and full of privacy. No fridge and phone available in the room. Should have a fridge so that customer could store their own beverages since the hotel is 4 storey high and it is a hassle for us to go up and down just to make a request. |

Big room (about 35sqm) close to all the beach party area. If you wanna go to langkawi for a non resort holyday go to Pantai Chenang area, this hotel is at the middle of it, BUT not on the beach! The beach is about 300m walk. The hotel has not been renovated 15 years ago, but at that time it was a 5 star hotel. |

Cheap, free Internet in the public areas, near the beach (second line) Staff doesn't want solve your problem - the main answer - sorry... Rooms are very poor, lunch and dinner not available (breakfast only). No internet in the room. No entertainment programs. Boring!!!! |
