very affordable apartment style hotel. its not bang in the centre of KL but only 10 min walk to the station or 20min walk to petronas towers area.i will be staying here nxt trip for sure. breakfast was good too. the place has a pool but in a shady area not the best but when youre in KL thereis too much to do to be sun bathing anyway. it was good for a dip too cool off after a sticky day. |

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I thought it was a good value for the money considering there was a separate sitting room and small kitchenette. Wasn't the greatest location. Not too much around within easy walking distance. However cabs were inexpensive so not hard to get elsewhere. I would not say the room was not clean, but it could have been a bit better. |

Location-easy to catch public transport, or taxi ( which are very cheap) to the major shopping areas. As there were 5 adults, we opted for the larger two bedroom apartment, and found our suite was spacious and well appointed. The facilities of the hotel were pleasing; pool, spa, restaurant. The buffet breakfast, included in the price, was substantial and catered for all tastes. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, and happy to arrange transport and give recommendations when requested. Our stay here was very enjoyable. |

Its location is very ideal for me as it is close proximity to amenities such as restaurants, delicatessen, shopping mall (KLCC & GE Mall). It is also not crowded therefore offering ample privacy to its guests. |

I liked the space. After touring the country for so long (4 weeks) staying in fairly small hotel rooms this was a relief. When we arrived we were given a smaller with just 3 beds. When I complained the staff simply said that this was the room I booked. Only when I showed them my booking confirmation did they admit that they had given us a smaller room. They promised to move us the next morning to a larger room. We left early the next morning leaving all our belongings packed and ready for the transfer. But, when we got back at 7pm the situation was still the same. Only after complaints and waiting another hour did we get a larger room (4-beds room). The second room was a bommer: the floor was very stained and the bathrooms very old. I almost regretted the change of rooms. The one we had first was smaller but very clean and welcoming compared to this one. |

Breakfast was good. Location was to my liking, away from traffic yet within 5 minute taxi ride away from KLCC. Place was rather clean, as expected from a 4* hotel. There were a few bad experiences though. We had 5 people and were initially bumped up to a double bed and a studio that were inter-connected, as they were out of double bed apts. After coming back from lunch, we were horrified to find that we were locked out and our belongings were in the lobby. Found out that we had been moved to another double bedroom (They suddenly had a vacant double bedroom!) without our consent/knowledge. Horrible invasion of privacy. The 5th bed we requested came as a foldable mattress without blanket! Pillows smelled bad. Beds too soft. The staff could have been much more responsive. Had to call 4-5 times for an extra bed, and then had to request separately for blankets, but bedsheets were provided instead as they had run out of blankets (on top of beds). Is this what to expect of a 4* hotel? Was told the manager would call me due to the experience mentioned, but he never did - Instead the next shift replacement duty manager called me only 4 hours later. |

We had a room view of Patronas Tower which was very nice. The room was clean and well maintained. Very limited breakfast choices especially with cereals. A kids pool would have been better. Housekeeping staff take abit longer to respond as we asked for spare pillow but didnt get it until the third day of our stay. |

We stayed in two one bed apartments. For the price, it was value for money. Nice to have two TVs in each apartment. Convenient launderette for guests. One apartment was fine but the other stank of stale smoke. Furniture was old and stained. We drove so it was OK but walking to KLCC would be a trek. Told that balcony door couldnt be opened unless we were staying over a month so we left the next day. |

Nothing. It was incomparable to the hotels in the city The front desk was not attentive. They were chatting with each other while attending to me. Absolutely ridiculous. The furnitures were old. The pictures in their website was so misleading. I asked for a non-smoking room but i was given a smoking room. It was such an uncomfortable stay. I could not wait to check out of the hotel. I will not stay there anymore. |

Apartment style with little kitchen and separate living room give you home feel. Friendly staff! A little bit out of center (+/- 20 min walk) but it seems there is a free shuttle service (didn`t try it) |
