fantastic location and able to take cabs easily

The bathroom is dated

the location although good for me,was a little too far from the twin towers area.The freindliness and assistance of the hotel staff including porters was very welcoming.

Reception staff really bad.

Big Rooms. Our flight was delayed for a few hours from 11pm. I called the hotel and asked them that not to cancel the booking because by the time we arrive at the hotel it would be early hours of the next day. The one who talked to me confirmed that there won't be any problem. I was satisfied.

Unfortunately when we arrived around 2 in the midnight there was nobody to handle our luggage at first and placed it down on our own.They were polishing the marble of the entrance of lobby and they just watched us. We entered the non air conditioned lobby which at the midnight looks quiet dull and badly lit. The receptionist were behaving coldly. While I was counting the cash for the deposit the porter was watching the money without a single blink which was scary. After receiving the key cards we entered the lift which looked quiet old. Carpets of the passages leading to the suites are not of a good quality. entering the two bedroom apartment I realized that I could have been at a better place with the same amount. It was just like that if you're rewinded to late 90's (except the tv) I make my bed better at home than what was there the beds and sofas had bugs which I suffered from. when I complained although they apologized and offered an another room but I'm sure there was no guarantee. Iron Pad was very dirty.The small bathroom in th second bedroom had a broken shower area door. the mirror was peeling off. The location is awful. The Tour operator is a perfect cheat. Extremely expensive and not reliable at all. Try to find some other place. First I thought its a good place for long stays but now I'm 100% against it. There are much better places out there. I extended my stay for a night in Kualalumpur due to a flight change but moved to KLCC Impiana which was a Real 4 star.

Huge room which is good for family and well equiped kitchen. And the free wifi

Location !! very far from twin tower and the down town. Also almost 3 kilometer from nearest train station so you got to use the taxi always. Food wasn't that good really , you can't order from their menue as it's very limited and not international !!

Lots of space.

Street noise - traffic - at all times. Uninviting Swimming pool near reception area + women swimming with clothes and scarfs. No breakfast included. Rather far from center - 1 km walk to metro or 5 MYR taxi ride.

It was clean and service was excellent. Furthermore, location was good and transport was easily accessible.

Bath room

Cooking tools are available.

Very spacious, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds

the only downside would be the slightly moldy bathrooms

clean and well maintained.

Toliet doesnt have bidet. Uncomfortable for muslims guests.
