This hotel has a great location. Located amidst allot of food and shopping. There is also a great local market right across the road. The staff at the concierge desk are extremely helpful.

The walls are a bit thin.. You can hear your neighbors, but nothing a good pair of ear plugs can't change.

Swimming pool have very bad smell

The service team is really customer oriented, very warm hearted and flexible!

There was bad smell in the morning when I swam in the pool. I guess it is because of some river nearby.

The room was huge and bathroom was nice and clean

The location, in front of the fish market, isn't that great. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool, butbjustbthe fish smell everywhere, made us leave after a hour. Only inside the hotel you don't smell it, but as soon as you go outside you smell fish everywhere.

hotel with very nice rooms & showers. The location is perfect as it is just across from the amazing fresh fish market which comes alive at night where you could get such good seafood, souvenir & others -recommended in KK

- Great dinner buffet (around 90myr)

- The market directly in front of the hotel. If you are at the pool on 2nd floor you will smell the market - tiny ants/insects in the room if you have open food/beverages; they bite underneath the sheets!

Staff were great at the hotel, very responsive and accomodating.

1. Friendly staff, accomodate request for early check-in & late check-out, clean room and great buffet spread. 2. Very short distance to the famous Filipino market, handicraft centre, shopping centres and restaurants.

1. Some unpleasant smell coming from my pillow n pillow case. 2. The furnitures n lighting i.e. bed, wardrobe n lamps are outdated.

The hotel location is great.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help make our trip comfortable, the rooms are spacious with great facilities. The food at the hotel is a real treat, the Flames restaurant in particular.

This is the best hotel we had during the trip, even half city half sea view room has nice sea view Very nice and well eqipped pool with good service, especially to recommend the sunday pool barbecue! Fitness room has full view also to the sea! Room cleaning service perfect Good location with many choices of gourmet!

A little bit non-noise-protective

Although a short stay I like the hotel and I used to be a member.

I think I have been overcharged for a small bottle of local distilled mineral water - "Borneo" brand - more than myr13.00!!!! I think it is cheaper to buy a litre of gasoline.

性价比不高，五星的酒店只有三星的服务。前台在我取消了凌晨的出租车预定后居然还是在5点半给了我一个mo- rning call！！！要一个转换插头我问了两次等了三个小时，wifi只有几个小时可以用，设施真的有点老旧了，- 电梯一出来有一种难闻的异味。旁边隔了一条街的K酒店性价比甩它几条街，不推荐入住

Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The lounge on the 12th floor was excellent.

There was mold in the entire hotel. This should be in the description. This is important to know if you are allergic.

Everything was fantastic. For such a large hotel the staff were extremely friendly. The service was excellent.. We loved the hotel location and the location of the gym looking over the sea would have to be the best location for a gym we have been in. We also really enjoyed the sundowner with the staff on the Wednesday evening. The f old at the restaurant was of a high standard and the service we could not fault. Thankyou for a superb stay!
