Likas Square Condotel

The suite is spacious. Excellent for family with children. The staff are helpful but you have to book the shuttle earlier if you are travelling in a big group. As the shuttle is quite small and it always get full.

It was like homestay.. I have everything I needed for my children. The pools, kitchen for me to cook.. the hotel provided the kitchen utensils. We had three rooms and it's more than enough for everyone. My kids loved to stay there and swam at any time they wished. I could take a break from city noises. It was very relaxing... The hotel also had a secure environment where staffs were always around.

There are rooms for improvements for the hotel such as providing more benches and shelters by the pools. It would be nice if the hotel has their own mini bus or car for transportation either for rent or for their own workers.

Service of staff very poor and need to improve.

I liked the spacious area of the condotel, facilitilies i.e. swimming pool & cooking facilities.

The air conditioning is not cool enough although has been set to the lowest temperature especially the living room. No shoe rack. No hand bidet for the muslim to wash after using the loo.

The beds where comfortable, apartment spacious.

No sun lounges, very far from city, no supermarket nearby, staff does not speak english, breakfast was very poor (I had the american breakfast), internet very slow.

We stayed here 3 times in our Borneo holiday rooms are clean and comfy with plenty of room,good price helped our decision also free shuttle pick up from airport.RM15 cab ride to city so not too far from town

could do with a tidy up in foyer first impresion is not good but once you see rooms that changes only one place to eat downstairs but we survived

At the promotional rate, it was really a "value for money" for my family.. The apartment is spacious, tastefully designed with nice furniture and new fixtures.

Yes, quite a lot of things, especially the facilities in the room and bath rooms such we need a toilet with water pipes and with host fixed on it. the list of amenities in the kitchen does not reflect the available items. The gas were not checked before guest checked in.

Comfort with 3 bedrooms which excellent for families vacation and good replacement room requested same level (floor) with Swimming pool at back enterance its relax.

Parking lot for guests need 2 walk, it is at side of the building should replace in basement with near condotel's elevator if possible, and not much of shopping complex and supermarket at ground floor building.

Only one key card was given. I arrive at the hotel at 1.30 and room is not ready.
