Free wifi, swimming pool,aircond & water heater,large room & living room.friendly staff.

The apartment is pretty spacious and modern.

Unfortunately, the services provided is bad and information provide by the reception counter was not accurate and causes frustration. Additional to this, we are not able to check in on time. We have to wait for 20 mins and after checking a couple of time. The apartment was also not maintain well and toilet with stain.

Security and roomy living.

The price display is not actually the amount we have to pay...far exceeding. Plus taxes....just by glince it cheaper but after payment..been thinking finding another apartment to stay with same facilities but lower rate.

Nice n clean 4 family w/ kids. Living room, a place 2 b together. Swimming pool is sure a +.

-- Maybe having 1 more key. With kids n sometime with friends it's a bit annoying specially going up n down the stairs. -- Info on all guest. Is it really necessary?

What I like most in Likas is the spaceous rooms, centralized airconditioning, ecological environment and swimming pool which my kids enjoyed.

I booked this hotel 3months in advance and was assured of a room location which that I requested but upon arrival I was frustrated to know that it was not anymore available, also I dont have wifi intenet inside the room for 1week as they were doing some repairs and the free access to internet is limited to 2 users only.

I stayed here twice,1st last year with my family which is at 3rd flr,the room given to us is big but the badrooms are very small even master badroom,the toilet is old design and the sink always blocked cause water trip on the shower flr,its a apartment,suitable for family travel for those like home environment,room design a very old and aging.

2 times I stayed at this condotel,there are many bad things and need to be improved,especially on 'customer relations',some of the staff receptions a very rude and uncaring when my mother asked for the rooms upgrade,they seems like not listerning and facing their face when my mother talk to them,we're very dissapointed of this matter.the basement carpark a very dark and scary,the corridor a very quite and dark.we dont want to stay here again unless all hotel are fully booked.

Honestly,it was really awesome....!even thought I stay for 2 night,this place make my family holiday feels so comfort....

Eerrrmmmm...nothing special..but,can I get some discount for my next holiday here..hehehe

The environment inside the condotel is good and comfortable which suitable for family or group trip.

However, the parking at the basement is a bit dark n smell mouldy. I found that there is some problem with the usage for the pass card which required us to keep on reset it at the reception every couple day. It is a bit annoying since we unable to take the lift if without the card. The housekeeping service is quite difficult to reach since I need to call for a few times in order to get replacement for my towel which have been taken away by the cleaner after their cleaning process. The toilet flush for my unit facing some water leakage problem which cause the toilet become so wet. The maintenance department maybe can try to paint some of the wall in the unit as some of the paint in one of the room already fall off and it might cause uncomfortable feeling for us to sleep inside such wall condition.

It was a pleasant stay for 4 days. The suites are renovated and equipped with modern stuff. Overall, we are very satisfied with the facility except the corridor which need to refurbished to have a greater value.

The only set back is it's not in centre of the town, about 10 -15 mins away. Anyway, it is not a big deal if you have a own transport.

Location is good, ample parking and that we were taken back by the space in the unit we rent and not forgetting the comfortable beds. Well done to all in Likas Square Condotel. Tq

Near to Kota Kinabalu town just 3 minutes drive, lot of parking places, safe and quite, most important is reasonable price around KK area.

Just nice the condotel location and easy getting parking more convenient for guess.

Have to improve the kitchen equipment for cooking.
