Hotel situated in the city center, with very friendly staff, breathtaking views on the Twin Towers and the gardens. If you want to go on a shopping spree or explore this beautiful city this is a perfect spot for you.

The bathroom could use a little renovation.

The hotel location is great

Hidden fees , for example when I checked in I was told that my room has free charge of Internet. When I checked out I had to pay for the Internet usage !

The rooms were nice, lobby was open till late serving food. Bathroom had everything you would want with a lovely big bath. Offered ice in rooms in the evening and a turn down bed service.

The hotel seemed to be the only place in Kuala Lumpur which did not offer Internet access for free. It was offered in all the restaurants, other hotels and even the tour bus.

My friend & I arrived at 7.30am and we were going to ask could we checkin early & we were happy to pay extra, but, this was not a problem & our room was ready immediately!!!! After the flight from Aust. This was very welcoming. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were always willing to assist us. From the greeting at the door though to meeting head chef & the GM in the lift, everyone that works here is very proud to do so! The breakfast Buffett is amazballs!!!!!! Be prepared to have a leisurely breaky.

NOthing! Our spacious room was excellent, slippers, robes, bath, we were on a stop over before we went to Cambodia to do some medical volunteering work in the villages, so, we really enjoyed the luxury! We will be staying here again on our way home!

best location, room was cramped with furniture, but staff were very accomodating with taking out a whole desk and chairs so our toddler had alot of room to roam around.

Old carpet with worn out smell in room, very small toliets. furniture looked dull. with the price you pay one would expect breakfast and internet included.

One of my favourite hotels in the world. the club lounge facilities are amazing and the staff just cannot do enough for you.

After leaving the hotel they used my credit card to take more money, as they justify it a wrong calculation, and this is considered to be unprofessional way to deal with guests and this is breaking the confident in the hotel, because they used the credit card after the guest left the hotel with official document that his account is settled and closed. This action left a very bad impression about the hotel. And because of that I would not recommend it to others or if I recommend it I will request them to be carefull.

Chargeable internet access in rooms is ok , but, chargeble internet even in looby is not acceptable from a five star hotel .

I like the location

Our Stay was very comfortable. Room Service was good. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff very courtious. Transportation was was easy. Front desk and tour desk were very informative. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to my friends.

Location is the best in KL.

Find out that the guaranteed rates booked changed upon registration at the hotel check-in. I was explained that the daily rates changed due to peek season but I thought it was all fixed once I did the booking at Booking.com

The staff were excellent; they went out of their way to make our stay incredibly comfortable. They also helped us by shipping a suit that we forgot in the room overseas. Also, the chinese restaurant at the hotel was delicious.

only thing i would change would be to include dishes from the chinese restaurant in the room service menu.
