отель расположен в центре, в золотом треугольнике, в 100 м от башен Петронас. Из нашего номера был шикарный вид на башни-близнецы, из части номеров - прекрасный вид на городской парк. Бассейн на площадке третьего этажа с видом на парк, работал до 10 часов вечера. Все просто замечательно! расположение и персонал - супер!

The swimming pool and the location. close to all the restaurants.

Everything is extra, internet, breakfast, tea...the taxi in the hotel is more expensive compare to the others.So you have to pay much more if you want to enjoy other things in the hotel.

What a superb hotel,it has to be one of the best I have ever stayed in.The staff were attentive and friendly and every request, no matter how minor, was attended to promptly.The facilities were excellent , the rooftop swimming pool and views amazing and we really felt we were in the lap of luxury.We stayed with our 5 year old son and the staff could not have been more helpful in responding to our needs.(Parents might like to note the park directly next to the hotel with a ginormous playground and equally huge paddling pool for kids.)

I liked that everything was so well taken care of. All the details where there. And Maaike loved her birthday cake. What a surprise!

I liked that it was close by a Mall and center for travel to other destinations.

I didn't liek the new construction blocking over the entrance.

Lovely hotel with a great location - right next to the Petronas Towers and central park area. Pool and bar on 3rd floor was excellent and has lovely views over the city. We have stayed at Traders and Mandarin Oriental - both very good, but if you have kids the MO would be better because of the outside pool area.Both are close to shops.

Location !

excellent - everything about the Mandarin is first class including its location with view of the Petronas Towers. Swimming Pool and bar is not to be missed.

I stayed on three hotels during my visit to Kuala. They were all famouse five starts hotels and Mandarin was one them. With complete abstraction this hotel is far a way from other hotels specially room with veiw on park (they upgraded my room). Lobby, BF, Staff, nearby area, Grill on swimming pool area,.... were great

Constrictions next to the hotel is a big cons

It is an outstanding hotel on the door step of the Petronas close to all major tourist spots. Hotel staff were very friendly and service was around the clock and excellent. There was complimentary fruits, water and newspaper. We had very good view of the towers & KLCC from the room. Internet costs RM 20 per hour (68 for full day). In room dining was amazing with food arriving hot in a table trolley with your own restaurant style dining in the room. food was excellent and the prices were reasonable for a true 5* hotel. all around a wonderful hotel & staff.

The hotel is within reaching distance of Suria KLCC shopping mall, with metro facilities which is very convenient to travel around the city.

Although not too disturbing, the new development is right in front of the hotel entrance which creates a bit visual uncomfort.

Hotel is great, the location is super, its next to Petronas Tours and it’s mall I think it suet for Saudi families as well, the price higher a bit but its worth it.

the only thing I dislike that internet provided at room is chargeable (68 MR per day).
