Ett helt underbart hotell om man vill skamma bort sig ordentligt! Rent, snyggt och fantastisk frukost! Poolen var ett riktigt plus i kanten! Fanns faktiskt ingenting att anmarka pa. |

The hotel is within reaching distance of Suria KLCC shopping mall, with metro facilities which is very convenient to travel around the city. Although not too disturbing, the new development is right in front of the hotel entrance which creates a bit visual uncomfort. |

Hotel is great, the location is super, its next to Petronas Tours and it’s mall I think it suet for Saudi families as well, the price higher a bit but its worth it. the only thing I dislike that internet provided at room is chargeable (68 MR per day). |

This was not my first stay in the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, and it will definitely not be my last. The price is a bit high. But it is the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. |

On arrival they did not have our booking and there was confusion regarding the booking. A non-smoking room was requested which we got however the room smelt of smoke which as non smokers was very disappointing and unpleasant. |

The service was exceptional. The receptionist herself took us to our room and explain everything we need to know about the room, starting from minibar to wi-fi access. Very beautiful place to stay. |

Good breakfast, excelent personal, nice location, hotel- 100% 5 star It was noicy fire alarm when we was at room (training), 2 from 3 rooms was on building and it was some loud. |
