非常好的位置，客房里就能近距离看到双塔；房间干净整洁，还送水果；浴室的浴缸很大；3层的游泳池晚上游泳- 有很好的夜景。

玻璃外墙不够干净，想在客房拍双塔的照片会拍到污渍。

I like the swimiming pool and its Jacuzzi. I have been there before. I just want confirmation of the following: I approached the conceirge near the front desk to buy the tickets to visit the twin towers. I was asked to pay Ringiits 150 for 3 tickets and Rigiits 250 just to queue up to get the tickets-Is that normal that such money has to be paid to queue up without receiving any receipts. I have been visiting mo kl over the last 10 years and been a regular guest. The staffs know me very well and I always received a very personalized service. Spacious comfortable rooms. Beautiful restaurants serving excellent food. Location unbeatable. Huge gym and nice infinity pool.

From the moment that I was picked up at the Airport by the Hotel car until I was dropped back at the airport the service was fantastic. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Park Suite which overlooked the Petronas Towers. My room was lovely, clean and spacious. I was offered Club membership for a small increase in my room rate which was great given I was on my own. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They organised my ticket to visit the Petronas Towers, taxis around the city and dinner reservations. I had dinner at the Mandarin Grill one night which is in the hotel and the service was outstanding and food delicious. Pool area was great and I even visited the gym where you were handed cold towels as you were exercising!!!

I don't think I have anything that I didn't like about this hotel - only my stay was not long enough!!

This is a really first-class hotel with excellent staff, facilities and service. I thought it was remarkable value for money. Our room was about 150 euros a night, and was large and well equipped. The range of restaurants was excellent, with really quite outstanding Middle Eastern, Malaysian, Chinese, Indonesian and European food in a big choice of in- house restaurants. There is a nice pool, tennis courts, a gym. The restaurants are generally modestly priced by European standards, but see the note below about the price of wine.

While beer, spirits and cocktails are generally reasonably priced, the wine really is expensive. A single bottle of Marlborough sauvignon blanc of no particular breeding cost 60 euros, slightly more than the price of a splendid meal for two people in the same restaurant. This is more a story about Malaysia than the otherwise excellent Mandarin Oriental, but people expecting good value for money should brace themselves if they enjoy a bottle of wine with their meal.

The staff were excellent throughout the hotel and always willing to please.The spa was superb and the room while not large was very comfortable. With the exception of the pool bar (which was very good), we did not eat at the hotel as we prefer a more relaxed environment.

The room rate is very good value but the cost of drinks, food and the spa are rather expensive. There is no free WiFi anywhere in the hotel which is poor. All the nearby bars and coffee shops offer free wifi so we used them for breakfast and catch up. The pool bar closed at 10.30pm which is rather early.

Amazing service, very nice rooms. Nothing but good to say abt this hotel.

Check in was extremely good and friendly. The staff were all very welcoming and extremely polite. I would stay at the mo anytime.
