The hotel is old, but the interiors was nicely upgraded. staffs were polite. room was clean.

Good Location. Very near to Marang Jetty. Easy to find food.

old building structure. lack of trained staff. poor room facilities. shower heater not working. booked for split bed,they assign us a king size bed and add in a small mattress. tv was bad,only 3 channels,not clear. no minibar. no in room telephone. breakfast was just fair enough.

Spacious room

The hotel is super lousy. Interior is broke down, aircond was not functioning, no maintenance at all levels. Room with bad smell, bathroom was rusty, tower and pillow provided with bad smell too, tv antena have loiusy reception and was totally out dated. Rooms full of mosqito at night, due to junk garbage was store up at the back yard. our so call " breakfast provided" was actually packet food from the local morning market. a packet of rice with some chilli and eggs, some tiny donut and dough, that is our " free breakfast" from the "RESORT & SPA". totally not worth of money, we paid and suppose to stay for 2 nights, but ended up couldn't tolerance with all the lousiness, we request for check out after 1st night (air cond break down during 1st night), and asked for refund, but the manager try to escape and only willing to refund half price of each room for 2nd night.. til today, up to date, as im writing this comment, still no any refund from the management. and is totally an awful experience for us to stay in this cheating tourist spot. it has spoiled our mood after that.

The interior design of the hotel was interesting.

I really dislike the uncut grass around the resort area, the unfriendly staffs, the spoiled water heater, and the mysterious and abandoned backyard of the resort.

quiet,exquisite & natural

poor customer service,staff dont greet nor smile..front office staff speak very loud to one another though there are customers around...Need to be abit professional,but i do understand that they come from Marang area,however supervisor must check on their customer service from time to time.

U used spa on ur name but no spa services..its confusing .. Services are fair..i think u got not enough staff, receptionist,cleaner n cafe staff are de same.. Anyway,keep up de good work..may success in future :)

Perfect location to catche the ferry to Gem or Kapas Island. Lovely location, cheap, fantastic staff.

The car park was free and safe.

Bathroom not clean and rooms overall not clean as well. Definitely bathroom need to be cleaner. Cats are all around which makes us uneasy feeling . Some looks ill and just unhygenic.

One good place to watch the sunrise in the morning. It was very bright in the cafe when we were having breakfast, which was still served eventhough there were only 4 of us. Do appreciate that. Also, we were quite suprised that the lunch we had at the stall nearby was very satisfying. Cheap, too. The staff, very helpful and friendly.

My only concern was the window of our room couldn't be locked properly.

Bilik ada bau, bilik air ada lipas 3 ekor, mati 2, 1 hampir mati, sarapan pagi sangat kurangnya makanan.

Affordable. Has all the basic necessities. Easy access to Pulau Kapas jetty.

Looks run down. Musty odor. Bathroom was clean but the room was still dusty. Where is the spa?

Bilik tidak bersih, kain cadar tidak ditukar walaupun ada kesan air kencing anak kecil pelanggan sebelum, katil bau hancing. sistem pengudaraan bilik yang tidak sempurna, di tambah bilik yang saya bermalam tiada unit kawalan penghawa dingin, jadi di tengah malam anak kecil saya terjaga di sebabkan terlalu sejuk. Seperti dinyatakan dalam broucher tempahan, disediakan peralatan untuk membuat kopi dan teh, tetapi tiada kopi dan teh disediakan. Sarapan adalah terlalu ringkas. Bilik bau hapak. Pekerja terlalu sedikit.

Very close to the jetty for the boats to Kapas Island, the last one goes at 5pm so stayed here the night and took the first one in the morning

酒店就在码头旁边，位置偏一点，周边没什么吃的，不过倒也很清静。服务员也很友好，另外早餐不错。

Poor housekeeping.. Dirty.. Smelly room.. The electricity trip almost five times.. Lot of ants surrounding the foods with some 'tahi cicak' on the table while Im taking my breakfast.. Yet, a family of cats playing at the dining area.. The guys also need to learn how to smile to their customers.. Nothing there.. I will never come back for my future trip..

reasonable breakfast near marang jetty and market location suitable to go swimming at pulau kapas or sight seeing in Kuala Terengganu
