Very clean, price is worth-it & truely like home. Strategic location- nearby shopping mall. Have own parking with an access card.

Hot water is not function after used a few minutes. New building under construction in front of condo - no more sea view.

Apartment not supplying the full set of toiletries (eg: tooth brush etc). The room service is too slow to response. We request for extra blanket at night but only received it in the morning, the day after.

windows were not sound proof as night racing of cars (every night) on the main road was too disturbing.

Well..as my grandaughter who is 2 1/2 yrs old was in the group whom really like carton network which made her always stay foot so I wish the carton network or chanel 613 or 618 be made available (astro channel)

its a good place for family visit and near to shopping mall too.

Very noisy with new construction just infornt of the Marina condo.

I would prefer the kitchen be fully equipped including microwave and basic necessities such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, coffee/tea etc and packed in small portion. The swimming pool need to be improved with children orientated such as slide pool and maybe slide bouncer with snack bars. Security is good.They are doing their job well. Rubbish bin to be placed below the lobby area as people are waiting and tend to dumb rubbish everywhere.

the landlord was really rude and unfriendly.

Some shopping malls like Plaza Warisan and Centre Point are within 5 min walk. Handicraft Centre, Dried Seafood Retail Centre and Pasar Besar are slightly further away, but definitely not more that 12 min walk. At night, there is a pasar malam selling all sorts of wares next to Le Meridien. Also, there are many open air hawker stalls opposite Le Meridien, opening till 11 pm, selling all kinds of grilled seafood such as Lobster, garupa, jenaha etc. Besides, the condo crew attended to my gas stove problem in no time.

Sea view of my unit has been blocked by a construction site of a new shopping mall.

I like this places because of its so privacy and relaxing..

i like it a lot because it provide all the kitchen utensils. And my family love it a lots.. the room is very convenient. the place is very protective due to security aboard so i wont felt worried alot that i travel vacation using my personal car and trust me we will stay there again for another vacations.

if can please install main door lock chain from inside living room. this is for second barrier security reason from intruder to get pass through it.

Located right next to centerpoint, waterfront and near to downtown kk. It has a swimming pool which the kids really enjoyed. Comes with cable tv.

The furniture was old and tired. The kitchen did not have a microwave oven. Water pressure for the showers is lacking. The toilets and showers were not very clean and also not properly maintained. There were constantly water on the area around the toilets due to leakage and some maintenance is required so that proper hygiene can be achieved. The blankets or duvets provided are really old and should be replaced. The free wifi service is so painfully slow that it is quite useless.

some of hotel didn't have a swimming pool.only one deparment hotel, other side don't have.

Condo with good facilities such as refrigerator, washing machine, Astro TV program, towel, hot shower, clean rooms & comfortable.

Shower in the morning less water supply

The condo is near to city centre, and in waling distance. Provide wifi and astro in the condo. It is value to the money.

Clean, big appartment with 3 bedrooms, good location

Unfortunately, they are building a big waterfront structure, so there will be soon no more sea view from marina court.

Clean n spacious

To have better upkeep of the building as the entrance glass door was broken n no one to repair it during my 3 days stay. To increase the level of maintenance of the common areas.

Very clean and the staff were very helpful. They were already waiting for us before checking in, and booked taxis for us for our check out.

Would be great if more pillows were provided ( existing pillows were a bit flat). Also, if the bathrooms were provided with water hose for the lavatory.

Its city centre its close from super market
