The hotel is very close to the Petronas. Unfortunately I was ill during my stay and could not visit the towers but I got to see them from my room's window. The staff was very helpful and assisted me in finding a hospital and getting a plane ticket to fly back home. Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy all amenities of the hotel but I would surely recommend it for a stay in KL. |

I liked the ambience, the room was fantastic and asthetically done. very spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly but would look even better if they wore a big smile. great hotel sure will visit again staff could be friendly and helpful ( at their job ) |

good food, spacious room, close to Petronas towers and view from room some of the furniture in the room was a bit tired looking, blinds did not work properly. Cofffee machine was not working and although they promised to replace it, this did not happen. |

While not as luxurious as the more expensive 5-star hotels in the area, this hotel gives you a "low-end 5-star experience" with pretty good location for a decent money. Lots of ants by the window (at the 6th floor), better not leave any fruits or sweets exposed. |

Good value, good location, we booked two rooms and were "upgraded" to one suite on 21st floor with fantastic views on the Petronas Tower.Very Good breakfast & restaurants. |

poor stuff and not friendly and a receptions girls were very not friendlyin fact they not be good Especially they was know my birthday was 7 - august - 2010 and they said will send a to me a chocolate but they dont and they know thats my honeymoon and didnt make any thing about it really im sad of that hotel i dont like it and dont advice of it |

Hotel room very spacious, nice bathroom with see through glass wall. Very modern feeling. Central enough. Excellent breakfast (best one I had in Malaysia) I booked a non smoking room, when walked into the room i could smell sigarette. I asked downstairs if they could send someone up to spry the something in the room, which they did right away, but did not apology for the inconvenience or thanked us for not asking to switch room. |

The hotel has a night cap service where all guests are served complimentary snacks, coffee and tea from 9-11 pm at the skylounge. That was a nice touch. Confusing information. On their website, some rates similar to ours included free hotel transfers and breakfast but apparently ours did not. Cleanliness was also an issue as was the general maintenance. The hot water tap in our bath tub did not work and the toilet did not flush properly. Also the floor of the shower stall is covered with wooden slats and the shower area smelt bad. I found a ball of hair in a clean bath towel that had just been replaced by house keeping. |

The Hydrotherapy Pool The location. Our suite room was facing the cemetery. It is a suite, no doubt the room was great, i still felt weird of the view. |

Nice staff. Room was modern. Good location... The breakfast was not so good. The cleaning staff came always knock in the morning around 10.00 AM so I putted the non disturb light on after 2 nights. |

This hotel was like a breath of fresh air, and far better than I expected. I got a good last minute price, and was so pleasantly surprised. It was cool, funky modern and super comfortable. It was 5 mins walk to the twin towers/Suria shopping centre, and right in the "zone" for restaurants, night life etc. I would highly recommend. |

I asked for 2 double bed, they said its' not possible for deluxe suite room. I had to change to a standard room to get them. The suite was provide only with a queen bed or 2 small single bed. |

Position of hotel in very near KLCC, designis great. Wireless LAN in the whole hotel. Great view. Nice breakfast. Design is great but not as well maintained as we expected. Staff was not as well trained as in other hotels in KL. Loud aircon. Inroom dining was okay but not excellent. |

Very nice hotel, but it seems they should provide bus shuttle to move the guests to some shopping malls and other areas, and free of charge. |

The hotel is a very modern "hip" hotel in terms of of overall design. It defintely gives a feeling of modernity, we were upgraded to a nice executive suite and we were also given a free late check out till 6 pm which we greatly needed due to late flight. Location is also great as it is just walking distance to klcc & the nearby main destinations.That being said, beauty and design all mean nothing if the service is bad in a hotel and believe me I am a seasoned hotelier and the service here is very bad. Bad service from the staff, indifferent, room cleanliness is pathetic, butler service which they claimed to exist in their room directory is actually non existent. overall more like a 2-3 star service rather than 5. Value for money is very low |
