Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, απέναντι από τους Petronas. Πολύ καλή πισίνα και spa. Ξεχωριστό design, έχει τη δική του προσωπικότητα. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση.

Καθαριότητα: Το δωμάτιο ήταν ασκούπιστο. Ακόμα κι όταν ζητήσαμε να το καθαρίσουν, έκαναν πασαλείματα. Τα έπιπλα "ταλαιπωρημένα" και γενικώς είχε μια εικόνα εγκατάλειψης. Είναι κρίμα γιατί είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο με χαρακτήρα.

The hotel is a very modern "hip" hotel in terms of of overall design. It defintely gives a feeling of modernity, we were upgraded to a nice executive suite and we were also given a free late check out till 6 pm which we greatly needed due to late flight. Location is also great as it is just walking distance to klcc & the nearby main destinations.That being said, beauty and design all mean nothing if the service is bad in a hotel and believe me I am a seasoned hotelier and the service here is very bad.

Bad service from the staff, indifferent, room cleanliness is pathetic, butler service which they claimed to exist in their room directory is actually non existent. overall more like a 2-3 star service rather than 5. Value for money is very low

I was surprised with all the charm of the hotel, it is really a very beautiful place, and the people is very friendly. The room is amazinh, with a great view, confortable bed, and a fantastic bathroom, with a lovely glass wall, between the bedroom and the bath tube. The shower, independent from the bath, is also great, with a little bench to stay under the water, so relaxing! The location is also very goog! Great Experience!

Location , well designed rooms, hydrotherapy pool were awesome ... At at a good price... They were fexible with check in n check out time on request ... Great experience ;)

design of the rooms, although interesting, had some obvious flaws (glass screen between the room and bathroom leaking); the glass wall between the room and bathroom was dirty; tiny ants in the bathroom (even on the 17th floor!)

Elevator takes too long. view from room of cemetery not so nice. needs cold section for pool.

Location is really perfect if you want to have walking trips in the Golden Triangle.

you could see an occasional band of ants crawling around in the bathroom.

Great location and the view from Skylounge is simply amazing at night, just reach out and touch the Petronas towers. A memory for the lifetime. The swimming pool is a true delight in the day break and after you get out of the pool don't miss the opportunity to check out the SPA. Ginger tea and a rose bath will make you forget yourself. All in all, staying there was a superb experience, will definitely come back later.
