The hotel is very close to KLCC which was the main reason for booking as we had a short timeframe for shopping. The rooom was modern but more ordinary than I expected. |

the location was ideal, being 5 mins walk from klcc. like the modern contemporary design of the room, with the full glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom. the study table was well thought and the rain shower in the studio was nice. the window blinds did not shield the room from sunlight completely and the alarm clock is not user friendly. can use with more power points in the room. |

location there was a very rude waitress at the hotel lounge when we just checked out from the hotel and we just sat at the lounge waiting for transport the rude waitress asked us to leave the lounge because we did not order anything from the lounge, very unproffessional... |

Concierge staff were very helpful in putting together a 3 day KL tourist itinerary. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent service. The beautiful shower had poor drainage. With my first shower I flooded the hallway much to my dismay. This problem has been reported previously on this website. |

The location is strategic, the design is very nice Your staff are very slow, not responsive. Some staff at the Breakfast restaurants always joking around with their friends, made me feel soo uncomfortable!! |

great room, view of petronas ad fantatic breakfasts/ facilities although some bathroom odours? from water drains. c i will still consider a stay in april next year Yes some minor ones which did not spoil our 4 night stay. It wasn't clear if pool was included when i had a look the facilities weren' being used, which is a pity. Also drinks expensive approx £7 a pint so didn't use the bar apart from once Door didn't lock but this was sorted promptly |

Room was well laid out and the pool facilities were excellent. Pool staff, dining staff and doormen were helpful and friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm after spending several hours travelling to kuala lumpur. When we arrived the check-in desk told us we would have to wait for up to an hour for our room. We received no apology for this. When we arrived in our room at 5 and we found there were ants in the bedroom and bathroom areas. Again we received no apology. Check-out the following morning took around 45 minutes due to a mix up with how long we stayed there, they were sure we had stayed for 2 days despite the clerk who checked us in the day before being on duty. Again, no apology for this. We found the reception and management staff impersonal and unhelpful. I have sent the contents of this review to the mangement, no reply. Could NOT recommend this hotel. |

stayed in junior suite for 130 eur per night. Liked the design and service. Breakfast was average. dvd player with broad collection of movies might attract someone. Good 4 start hotel and refreshingly different than mainstream business hotels. little worn facilities. Perhaps the value for money is not best match for malaysian price level. |

We enjoyed very much our stay in hotel Maya, the design of the hotel its very unique and it always have a new detai that surprises you. The staff are very willing and polite. The cleanless was very good for oriental standards but not imaculate. The location its execelent, three minutes walking to the Petronas Towers and very close to the all kind of public transports. The hydroterapy pool its a must. |

the design of the room didn't like that i requested a room with a view of the twin towers well in advanced and didn't receive it. that they have put a hold on my credit card for $580.00 and didn't tell me and it's still there even thought the bill has been paid!!! |

The hotel is ideally located and have very good rooms. The staff is good but the cost of other activities like spa and in room dining are costly. The airport pick & drop facility should be provided by the hotel. |

the location was perfect. the level of house keeping .. they change the bed sheets everyday but the over all cleanness of the room was poor i need to draw thier attention for this issue to do vacum cleaning of the room ground. |

We loved everything! It's the nicest hotel I've stayed in in south east Asia. The suite was beautiful, the service excellent, the swimmingpool very relaxing and a drink in the skylounge with view on the petronas towers made our day complete. The restaurant is excellent too! |

The hotel is centrally located and ideal for a tourist visiting kl. The interiors of the hotel are very unique and if u r loking for a different kind of room and hotel -this is the one to head for. The breakfast needs to improve. Should have more variety. |

My wife and I like design in general and we chose this hotel for that. It stands alone with regards to its design. . The breakfast was not so lavish but well arranged and organized. Every thing in this hotel stands out from traditional hotel ways. I truly understand why this hotel got so many design awards. I really liked it. |

I was upgraded to a deluxe room. Beautiful! There was a plate of fruits daily seved when I was back after a tiring day of work. Refreshment was also served at night. I love the sky lounge - it faces directly to the Petronas tower.A very wonderful experience that I will never forget! Thanks, Hotel Maya! I hope I am able to get hotel the tate boooking.com is giving me. |
