Very close to Petronas Twin Towers. Luxurious. Business oriented rather than leisure. Aside from the KLCC Suria Mall in the Petronas Towers, most of the activities or place to visit are not close by. i.e. China Town, Chudra, Museums, chocolate factories, Arabs Road (Jalan Bukit Pintang), The Pavilion. Not meant for Honeymoons.

The upper lobby for the live music , lower lobby ambiance . 1) In room dining menu ( must be more options ). 2) The foreign currency list ( only few countries are listed ) 3) No activities for kids ( no kids pool , no play area for kids ). 4) Smoking area must be seperated in the Lobby.

The room was really awesome...we got a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite which was totally unexpected...the tower view from my bed was really awesome..design of the room was simple yet cool, full glass window makes the room enormously big...i will definitely come back for sure...hotel staff were very friendly n helpful If u are unlucky then your room will be facing an old graveyard which can be unpleasant so i hope maya can do something about it..maybe lower down the rates of the rooms facing the graveyard

The design of the room is very unique and different from other hotels we stayed in before. It made us feel like we're in a resort somewhere far away from the hustle & bustle of the big city. The breakfast buffet is also amazing. Eventhough the place where they have the buffet was quite small, the selection of food and ambience was superb. We had trouble finding a parking spot as the hotel is located in front of a famous entertainment club. It surpised us that the hotel's parking attendant rudely told us it's full and asked us to go find parking outside of the hotel compound which is absoultely ridicolous as we were the hotel's guest. We decided to try the valet instead and was rudely told off as well. After a while we got really tired and I asked my wife to go and check us in first while I try to find a parking space. After going round and round a few times, I still couldnt find any. My wife's plea for the hotel to help us find parking were also being ignored. Their response was it's full, you just have to park somewhere and re- park your car in the hotel's basement parking after the crowd has subside.Only after she told the manager that we would like to cancel our stay and happily pay more at a nearby hotel if that's the case, then the manager started going around looking for solutions. After a while they told us to go and park in their basement as they think they could fit in another 1 car. And surprise, surprise, the whole basement was empty. That actually gave us a very bad first impression of the hotel.

Like the hotel room. House cleaning service is not good. Supplies were not replenished diligently. I hanged the bath towels to indicate I did not need changing of the towels but for all 3 days I was there, the bath towels were changed every day. Housekeeping staff should be briefed correctly on re-using of towels.

The stay was excellent. They have a reasonably good spread for breakfast. The suites/rooms are much larger than those in other hotels. It is also conveniently located... about 3-5 minute walk from KLCC and Petronas Towers. The staff is pretty supportive. Nothing in particular... but they should extend gym and pool timings to say 11pm.

Highly recommended. The breakfast and skylounge were superb! The Location is great. The design of the hotel is also modern and unique. The hotel has a romantic feel. Very speedy checkin/checkout. Staff is courteous and quite helpful. We booked the deluxe suit room which was very spacious and for a good price. There were very few tiny ants in my room. The pool and gym were small but adequate.

Very good location, very relaxing pool, complementary afternoon tea/coffee up to 9:00PM with view in Petronas Towers Admittedly this 5-star hotel is ageing but still nice. The Airporttransfer would have been MR 70, which is way over price.

Location is not best possible, you have to go to Petronage towers to eat, though that is not far. Wonderful view from Sky bar. Stayed there during Xmas and all the noise from outside could be heard very well. Huge hotel. Breakfast room cold.
