Emplacement de l'hotel, Chambre spacieuse, Propreté de la chambre et des serviettes laissent à désirer, restauration en chambre pauvre en choix et pas forcément de bonne qualité. |

The beautiful furniture of the deluxe suit I stayed in, also the style of the suit, and I liked the Sky Lounge. View is good (in front of Twin Towers) I found a cockroach of the size of 2 fingers inside the bath tub!! yes that big !! but the good thing is they offered me to change the room if I like to. |

Central location only! Very old hotel. Was not a 5 star hotel at all. The floors in the room was dirty and the condition of the towels was very poor. It was definetly not a 5 star hotel. There was nothing luxury about it but the price was that of a five star. Very disappointed! |

Imaginative rooms, perfect views of the Twin Towers, especially from the Skyview Lounge. Spa was really nice too. Good location, better than Bukit Bintang, especially during pek traffic times. |

this is very good and well located hotel. The great advantange is that all fees are included (some hotels in KL do not include TAX etc), and the staff is friendly. The reseravtion desk of the hotel contacts you after the booking made and ask to reconfirm the booking; they also check the credit card |
