ハネムーンと記載したところ、無料で部屋をJunior SuiteからDelux Suite にアップグレードしてくれました。ホテルのロケーションもよく、スリアKLCCで買い物するには良いです。- 毎日無料でブキッ・ビンタンとチャイナタウンに送迎してくれる（ホテルのワンボックスでボロいですが）サー- ビスもあります。ジムとプールもそこそこ良く楽しめると思います。朝食は非常に種類が多く、３泊で飽きるこ- とはありませんでした。夜はラウンジにて２１時～２３時で無料のコーヒーとスナック（ちっちゃなキッシュと- かタルトとかおいしいのが食べられます）サービスがあり、とても良いです。アメニティは良質なオーガニック- 石鹸を４種類も提供してくれ大変いいです。英語に不自由ない方であれば、非常に快適に過ごせると思います。-

トイレの流れが良くない。ハウスキーピングで風呂を細かいところまで掃除しない。

モダンな内装と、部屋からの景色が素晴らしかった。

The hotel is a very modern "hip" hotel in terms of of overall design. It defintely gives a feeling of modernity, we were upgraded to a nice executive suite and we were also given a free late check out till 6 pm which we greatly needed due to late flight. Location is also great as it is just walking distance to klcc & the nearby main destinations.That being said, beauty and design all mean nothing if the service is bad in a hotel and believe me I am a seasoned hotelier and the service here is very bad.

Bad service from the staff, indifferent, room cleanliness is pathetic, butler service which they claimed to exist in their room directory is actually non existent. overall more like a 2-3 star service rather than 5. Value for money is very low

I was surprised with all the charm of the hotel, it is really a very beautiful place, and the people is very friendly. The room is amazinh, with a great view, confortable bed, and a fantastic bathroom, with a lovely glass wall, between the bedroom and the bath tube. The shower, independent from the bath, is also great, with a little bench to stay under the water, so relaxing! The location is also very goog! Great Experience!

Location , well designed rooms, hydrotherapy pool were awesome ... At at a good price... They were fexible with check in n check out time on request ... Great experience ;)

Spa facilities; closeness to KLCC, view of KLCC, sky lounge, pool area; we had a junior suite and loved it

the atmospher around inside hotel and all service and very flexible & reasonable to understand as the customers request

hydrotherapy pool; coffee maker in the room; great choice of food for breakfast; free snacks at the SkyLounge (great views of Petronas Towers); good range of toiletries

design of the rooms, although interesting, had some obvious flaws (glass screen between the room and bathroom leaking); the glass wall between the room and bathroom was dirty; tiny ants in the bathroom (even on the 17th floor!)

Elevator takes too long. view from room of cemetery not so nice. needs cold section for pool.

Location is really perfect if you want to have walking trips in the Golden Triangle.

you could see an occasional band of ants crawling around in the bathroom.
