Bardzo dobry, jak na warunki azjatyckie oczywiście, pięciogwiazdkowy hotel o designerskim wystroju. Świetna kawa wieczorna z drobnymi przekąskami serwowana gratis na tarasie z widokiem na Petronas Towers. Doskonałe śniadanie - bardzo duży wybór - od bogatego bufetu do gorących dań z karty. Miejscami wygląda tak jakby się przydał remont, lekkie niedomalowania, odchodząca farba i inne tego typu niedoróbki, ale to chyba charakterystyczne dla azjatykich hoteli. |

I asked for 2 double bed, they said its' not possible for deluxe suite room. I had to change to a standard room to get them. The suite was provide only with a queen bed or 2 small single bed. |

Position of hotel in very near KLCC, designis great. Wireless LAN in the whole hotel. Great view. Nice breakfast. Design is great but not as well maintained as we expected. Staff was not as well trained as in other hotels in KL. Loud aircon. Inroom dining was okay but not excellent. |

The hotel is a very modern "hip" hotel in terms of of overall design. It defintely gives a feeling of modernity, we were upgraded to a nice executive suite and we were also given a free late check out till 6 pm which we greatly needed due to late flight. Location is also great as it is just walking distance to klcc & the nearby main destinations.That being said, beauty and design all mean nothing if the service is bad in a hotel and believe me I am a seasoned hotelier and the service here is very bad. Bad service from the staff, indifferent, room cleanliness is pathetic, butler service which they claimed to exist in their room directory is actually non existent. overall more like a 2-3 star service rather than 5. Value for money is very low |

It is a very nicely designed hotel and the gro that checked us in was pleasent, very accomodative and informative. While the design was nice.. It was also not very well maintained and one can see that age has caught up with it. |

I was surprised with all the charm of the hotel, it is really a very beautiful place, and the people is very friendly. The room is amazinh, with a great view, confortable bed, and a fantastic bathroom, with a lovely glass wall, between the bedroom and the bath tube. The shower, independent from the bath, is also great, with a little bench to stay under the water, so relaxing! The location is also very goog! Great Experience! |

Right from the time the transfer pulled up at the doorway, the service was excellent. The room was the best room we have stayed in for a long time. staff friendly and very helpful, free shuttle to town every morning and free shuttle to and from china town. Excellent |

hydrotherapy pool; coffee maker in the room; great choice of food for breakfast; free snacks at the SkyLounge (great views of Petronas Towers); good range of toiletries design of the rooms, although interesting, had some obvious flaws (glass screen between the room and bathroom leaking); the glass wall between the room and bathroom was dirty; tiny ants in the bathroom (even on the 17th floor!) |

It's proximity to the Petronas Towers, friendly atmosphere, pleasant staff, large comfortable room. Only that I couldn't get into the spa as it was fully booked, but that was my fault for leaving it to the last minute. |

Great location and the view from Skylounge is simply amazing at night, just reach out and touch the Petronas towers. A memory for the lifetime. The swimming pool is a true delight in the day break and after you get out of the pool don't miss the opportunity to check out the SPA. Ginger tea and a rose bath will make you forget yourself. All in all, staying there was a superb experience, will definitely come back later. |
