Fantastiskt läge vid Petronas Twintower.Bra frukost. Rymliga rum. Trevlig bemötande vid ankomsten. Fin spa och poolanläggning.

Excelent services and great facilities. Definitely wanna go there again.

Place, Food, Room and Room design

Great location (near petronas towers and information centre matic), Hotel has an old charm about it. Room very spacous and bathroom excellent, huge freestanding bath and wet room. Reception staff excellent and very informative.

Rooms are a little tired and need upgrading. Black out blinds and linen ripped in places, stained fabric on the chairs. Breakfast staff need to smile more, they make you feel you are distruping them by being there.

The staff was very friendly, professional and spoke good english. I think the staff did beyond what they are supposed to when it comes to pleasing customers, they were fantastic. The hotel was super nice, comfortable, great location!

I found it a bit expensive for a city trip but the area is indeed expensive so in comparison with other hotels in the region it was priced fairly.

Location shower gel

Not convenient for Muslim and people care sbout priivacy at all as the bathroom wall is glass even the toilet so you while you in your bed you can watch your partner while he sitting on toilet so it's disgusting no privacy at all. The worest was the toilet door was at the same time is the closet door so if you close the bathroom door closet will open and vise vesa thats mean if your partner forgot and close closet he will be opening bathroom while you there and first look will be toilet husekeeping was rude when we complained about non privacy Managment refuse to cancel our reservation when we was want to change hotel coz of non privacy. Hotel is very noisy you can't rest day and night we were in floor 13 but couldn't sleep of road noise seems they used window glass that not prevent sound. We did loundry hoyskeeper ring the door bell continually and never stopped ringing for second to deliver loundry afraid thought emergency occur Seems annoying us in perpose. Taxi work for hotel overcharged us 3 times more than outside. His meter was not as outside taxi althoug he pretend that he is outside taxi to make you think that he is outside cheap taxi and charge us alot. Finally room small hotel is old and clock in the room was not working

Bed a little hard.

The staff was really good , pretty helpfull with the tours and all .. location is just excellant .. the quality of food was just satisfactory .. actually it was the case with every hotel we stayed in ...

The satelite channels were less and not of any use ... tv was a bit old design ... spa was a bit expensive .. but gud ...

Very good position, very clean and very rich lunch buffet, the room was very confortable and with a lot of space, perfect location

No way it appears as 5 star hotel.

Reception service was very poor and some have very bad attitiud espicialy the manager. Food was also very poor. Would not stay here again.
