Honestly I would say the location is ideal, since it is very close to the klcc and it is on a main road so the acess to taxi and bus is easy. If you walk about half a km the subway and the city wide rail service available. The public areas where the rooms are located is not airconitioned and while waiting for your lift you have to sweat a lot. We had problem with the water heater it was only solved with the third visit of the maintainance person. |

Hotel was really good..location was excellent..swimming pool is small but its ok. even the gym is nice. Break fast served was really appreciable.Over all for budget based its a nice hotel. At so many times the lift of the hotel was not working, even A.C. of my room was not working bt when i asked to repair they repaired immediately. Some of the staffs were too good & some were too rude. The worst thing is that while checking out they cheated me. for toll free number they charged me though initially they didn't tell me that toll fee number are chargeable in this hotel that too MYR 03 for each call. though i coudlnt use my i talk card from the hotel phone even once still they charged me MYR 079. It was really pathetic. I never expected this kind of cheating from such a nice hotel. so i will suggest dont even touch their phone other wise they may charge you MYR 03 for every time you touch. |

Maytower is the hotel with rather good location, close to China town, and two sky train stations from Bukit Bintang area. The staff was kind and helpfull. The rooms are clean. Kuala Lumpur was a great city, and the hotel was a good base for the sightseeing. Not the great breakfast, just OK. Rooms rather small, my room was sharing the door with another room, the doors were closed, but the sounds went through, and having in mind that next to me was the family with small children, it used to be hell noisy sometimes. The room was on 27th floor, which is too high, and you dont feel being a part of the hotel but just like in some building. |

It was ok, breakfast buffet was limited and the same spread each day - on some days there were even no eggs available :( The bathroom leaked water into the room, the bathroom lights stopped working after the 2nd day. had to change rooms. the power outlets stopped working and had to use extension cords............the list goes on - room service took 1.5 hours - worse because we just landed and were very hungry......... |

Good location, very new, comfortable, clean. Personnel is not helpful and cooperative, does not provide information for tourists, everything is charged. If not - you won't receive any service or assistance. We asked for a wake- up call early in the morning and it wasn't done.We were in a hurry and couldn't find a deposit receipt confirmation and were faced with uncompromising approach of the hotel manager although we're we risky to miss our plane at their fault.Recommended for visitors preferring to solve all the problems themselves. Breakfast is too expensive. |

Nice rooms, gymnasium, pool, good buffet breakfast We had asked a non-smoking room and double bed (we were on honey-moon) several months befoure and we were given a two single bed-room were was terrible smell of cigarette. We were given a new room, but not a room with double-bed, because there were no double-bed rooms available. Clearly they hadn't read our request of the double bed.. |

the front desk staff were helpful as advertised on the website the room was too small for a double room, it is best suited as a single room with a proper bed. there was not enough variety at breakfast in terms of continental dishes |

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was good as was the breakfast choice&the pool area nicely done ... that's where it ends!!! Staff did'nt understand english too well/staff did'nt inform of correct procedures and usage of internet/breakfast was cold and always had to ask for replacing empty food containers.although rooms are clean and comfortable the noise levels were unbearable from hall ways and next door rooms.hotel has no views of the patrona towers and looks into a currently being renovated building |

Decent price Despite booking the room months in advance and arriving 2 hours after check-in time upon arrival I was informed there were no available rooms for me to check in to & after a day and a half of flights I had to sit at reception for an hour while they prepared a room. & I was not the only one waiting. Finally at five I was informed a room was ready. I proceeded to pay to find out that the hotel charged a deposit of 50 ringgits a day for the minibar. This was extremely annoying as when I finally got to my room I found that the floor had not been vacuumed & also that the minibar was empty. So I was paying a deposit for nothing. The staff were also extremely rude & not helpful at all. Worst hotel experience I have ever had |

Walking distance to all major places like the twin towers, Merdeka square, Petaling Street, Little India, KL tower. Employers were extremely friendly and the excursions organised by the hotel staff were very good |
