le calme, la piscine l'eau de la douche pas toujours chaude, des problemes avec notre carte-cle qui n'ouvrait pas tjs la chambre, des gens tres bruyants apparemment pas clients de l'hotel qui profitaient de la piscine, le personnel (nombreux) mal reparti (qui pourrait surveiller l'acces a la piscine) pas tjs au mieux surtout pour le service au restaurant. |

The breakfast was tasty. Rooms are too small for "deluxe". We had warned about early arrival and late checkout, but they ignored it. The personnel was not helping and even rough. There was no balcony and there was no hot water!!! They forgot to fill a minibar and have offered one dressing gown for two people. |

It is full of ambience and the location is good. The room is quite small because the between the bed and the wall, there is no space to walk. |

Good view for KL Tower and Twin Tower. Hotel room is too small. Swimming pool area may not be available for hotel guests sometime base on my experience. |

It's bit overpriced for that location and quality. The internet was not available, they sold me on-line time anyway, but returned the money after i complained |

As a four star hotel with the prices offered, this hotel is value for money. I will stay here again. The bathroom was clean and the bed too. The maintenance service also was very efficient. The air-cond was not functioning and about 5 minutes later, they came and fixed it. And the hotel is very near to shopping district. The lrt station is quite far. The sliding door to the balcony is so small and I couldn't even get out at the balcony because the air cond is put there. The size of standard room is so small. I will stay in deluxe room next time. |

The room upgrade they gave me after I complained about the first one, which was awful! I also like the swimming pool. Yes. Room advertised as 'spacious' was so small it I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the window. It had a desk but no chair, no telephone, over hal;f the lights didn't work and the tv had no English news channels. One of the two rubbish bins had not been emptied after the previous guest. The restaurant was mediocre - food certainly edible, but not great. The location is nice. |

Yes, (1) paper distribution was no standard...I Received my N/paper on 1st day but non the following day..Reception staff told me it have to be requested but no information about it earlier...(2)Laundry list say "same day service" but I only manage to get my laundry on the next day..(3) Staff (cashier) insincere my bill was rm741 but she trying to ask for rm800++ which I query a lot to her then |

juz like the nice swimming pool with nice scenery of kl tower n klcc..2 me tats all n also warm friendly service from the bell boy guys n the housekeeping .n yes only frm them we were touched by their warmth n friendly service..but sadly not frm the front desk staff. seriously just disappointed with the front desk staff as 2 me there is jus no basic customer service frm them not even a basic good morning which mean no acknowledgement frm them 2 us as their guest..it is a nice beautiful hotel but it jus not location friendly...2 far inside n for overall there is no basic customer service tt disappoint us very much. |
