Die zentrale Lage ist einmalig, da sieht man über manche Dinge hinweg. Die Badezimmer müssen dringend reneoviert werden. Duschen und Wannen sind Standard der 70er Jahre. Zeitweise nur tröpfelndes Wasser, warmes Wasser kam überhaupt nicht. Ich habe diese Punkte der Reception mitgeteilt. |

Position. The hotel was withing walking distances of numerous shopping centres, monorail, taxis. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.We couldn't fault it at all. |

Overall our stay at the Melia Kuala Lumper was very enjoyable, I would like to say the porters were most courteous and helpful. When I return to Kuala Lumper I would consider using this hotel and would recommend it to my friends as a good stop over. Thank you. Front desk SLOW Not enough European food selection at breakfast |

They should have a complementary breakfast for at least two people during the stay at the hotel. I can have an Embassy rate, too. no free city tour transport. No free hotel transportation to and from airport. |

Comfortable, accessible, in the heart of the city... polite staff and cozy sorroundings... On the day that I checked in, I requested the front desk man that I am checking out the next day, around 2pm instead of the hotel's usual 11am check out time... he politely obliged and said no problem but the next day I was embarassed to go back to the hotel with my swipe card already inactivated that I cannot even use it on the lift going to my room to take out all my belongings! |

The location of the hotel is convenient enough and the security is good. the parking lots are very small and cramped. The lift is quit inconvenient for only 3 available for the lower floor and the -4 parking lot have no lift. |

Entrance of the hotel is next to the exit of the monorail station Imbi, very convenient. Even with heavy lugage you still don't need a taxi. The airco is noisy and cannot be switched off. There was a small roach in the bathroom. |

Its location We stayed in an executive room-however, the front desk did not tell us about the breakfast room on the 18th floor which is a previlage for guests staying in an executive room. Instead, we went to the regular first floor breakfast room where there were at least 20 people waiting in line to enter the restaurant. We ended up leaving without eating breakfast. |

cosyness and near to various shopping complexes and amenities The buffet breakfast, the dim sum and the pancakes were hard and tough and even my daughters were turned off. These two items were supposed to b soft and fresh even though steamed shld stay soft and fresh, it was rather dissappointing. |
