The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were very well trained and provided excellent friendly service. The breakfast was exceptional with overwhelming choice.Whilst this is an older property it is well maitained and is great value for money. Management have a few annoying practices.Charging for internet at high rates $10 Aus for an hour and$20 for a day is antiquated for a slow net speed or any speed for that matter. All European Hotels we stayed all had free wifi. They even charged for a power adaptor. We stayed in especially for the piano bar advetised everywhere around the Hotel only to be told at commencement time it was off. Too late to go anywhere else. If the management policies and attention to detail was as good as the staff it would be a super place.

It's so grand. And the security is guaranteed. I feel more privacy. The card system at the lift is really great. There's is no water pipe in the toilet. I prefer water instead of tissue to clean after done pooping. The card sometimes not work. I feel a bit annoyed about it.

The hotel was very nice, organized & very comfortable. the staff were helpful and the check in-out was very easy & fast as I like. The breakfast was good. The breakfast was not up to my expectations due to not too many options specially the one @ 18th floor. The internet is headach due to every day new password required. Also there are no arabic channels in the TV which is not ok for Arab's.

The room was lovely and comfortable with a bit of a view (we had one of the cheapest rooms). Incredibly clean. Efficient. Wonderful breakfast. Good facilities. Loved the pool and gym. Also the few shops in the hotel. Plenty of communal space for relaxing. Great location right on a monorail stop and the Times Square mall opposite. Can't think of any complaints.

The location, the good service and facilities of your hotel 1). The press buttons of the lifts are too shiny and is difficult to identify. Your might easily press the wrong button. 2) The door opener of Room 614 should be changed.

They have given a wonderful service. They kept the bible and budda book but don't have the holy quron. The majority of the people in the country are muslims, but the toilet do not have a water hose for cleaning. We find very much difficult in this issue. Complement car parking can be given. Way to the car park is very narrow. I can recommend the hotel for non muslims.

Bed bugs; no atmosphere - a place you don't want to be on a rainy day. Don't expect a cosy pool area or other place where you want to sit after hours.

Hotel staff were great, resturaunt was terrific. ell staff were corrupt and geared. Towards making side money on guests. For example on checkout a street taxi would cost 70rm to Lcct airport on going on the street to get one a bell boy chased me outside and demanded I take a hotel one for double the price on rejecting this they decided not to help with bags etc. not a very good face for the hotel. Charged for minibar items I did not use. Check your bill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, booking taxi's, monorail and tourist information. The rooms were very comfortable with good quality bathroom products supplied daily. Massive comfortable bed and the pool looked very inviting although I didn't use it. Breakfast was a massive selection of so many different types of foods, loved it. It was a bit out of the action of the city. The shopping centre directly across the road is average, much better to go to KLCC. Not many restaurants around if you didn't want to eat at the hotel or a shopping food court.

There was no tourist information in the hotel and we were not offered any advice on local dining, transportation or the location of the hotel. We were given a pretty useless map! Maybe it is more geared to business rather than tourism. We requested the loan of an adaptor at the desk and it was suggested that we buy one! Eventually the rather rude male employee gave us one after taking a deposit.

The location next to impi monorail station and opposite of times square shopping mall made up for the rundown hotel appearance. the hotel did not reflect the standard i would have espected from a melia hotel. around the corner within the bukit bintang nightlife district you will find lots of very ggod street food restaurants, not to be missed. The hotel is simply rundown and needs to be refurbished. Breakfast at the noisy and cramped buffett restaurant first floor did not suit me in the morning and could easily reorganised by changed seating and buffet rooster.

The lokation Had booked half a year before arrival and asked for a nonsmoking room but there were not any on check in. Very bad as I am allergic. The breakfast was poor and with most Asian food. Never more Melia when coming back to Kuala Lumpur.
