The location is excellen. Monorail station Imbi is next door. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants around. Nice view from upper floors. Swimming pool looks OK. Breakfast was good. Piano bar is nice, live music on evenings. Very functional, but nothing more. Travel agent near reception was not very helpful and knowledgable. |

Good service of the staff, good location for shopping. Queue up for a table to have breakfast in the morning. Road traffic at the surrounding area is terribly congested during certain hours. |

The offer price for the stay, free wifi surfing and the unique packing of the stuff in toilet use like comb, shower cap etc. Have to pay for the parking fee per stay. Suppose free of charge. |

We like the Hotel's location in the heart of the shopping district. Major shopping complexes and eating places are within comfortable walking distance. The hotel is also nicely decorated and well kept. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The security card access system was experiencing some problems. Lifts cannot be operated and room doors cannot be opened on several occasions and key cards had to be replaced. Car park access is also very narrow and one has to pay for carpark. |

All the attractions in BUkit Bintang within walking distance, next to monorail station, easy to get taxi The lift's card system not foolproof, my room's door handle cracked, the biscuits should be clearly labelled "not complimentary" |

Smack right in the city with train service at the door step. Easy access to shopping malls. Abour 4 stations (need to change the service line though) to get to Chinatown area. 1/2 hour drive to Little France Village Bukit Tingg, Colmar Tropicale, Berjaya Hills. Booked a non-smoking room but had to put up with the inhaling the cigaratte smell throughout the stay. Suspect it has to do with the ventilation within the hotel. Even the corridoor had very heavy odour. Carpark is desperately narrow. Drive with care. |

Breakfast was good. Piano music was good. Buffet food same all the time.House wine was 2004 and over the top and had turned into port! But still night after night it was the same no response from management. Very poor selection in the piano bar. Happy hour was very misleading and I do not think the bar staff where attentive. The Hotel is not |

I used to stay at this hotel and this round, its renovated and the room is clean and especially the carpark which is bright and spacious and it goes directly to the floor if you have the room key. Only small matter, the pillow is soft. |

Location was good. We arrived before the 2 pm check-in time, our booking polio was ready and waiting at the reception, and check-in was without fuss. I suppose booking with booking.com was a right decision. Breakfast was good and waiters/waitresses were hardworking and friendly. Room was clean, with sufficient amenities. Check-out was efficient too. We would like to thank all the hotel staff - receptionists, waiters/waitresses, housekeeper, doormen, security - for their efforts. View from room - unsightly rooftop of neighbouring block - but this is a minor point. |
