this is a tourist hotel so location fair, for business stay clear or be prepared to have to traverse KLs one-way system, easier and quicker to walk Non smoking rooms were not non-smoking, internet connection was poor and often non-existant, hitel is tired and in need of update. |

Clean & Comfortable The lift must quickly service to be in good condition. Although the lift trapped my children for a while only, but it will make them shocked and scare. I also worry if the lift trapped me inside and i cant catch my flight but luckily this dint happen, i just worry only. thanks. |

the location of the hotel is very good i did not like the room toilet as their is no water hose for washing. i also did not like the breakfast |

Location was good. Breakfast was plentiful. We booked a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room. We requested an additional bed for our child and it was not in the room, we had to wait 1 hour for it to arrive and it was midnight and inconvenient. The air-conditioning in the room began to leak at 3am and we had to request towels to soak up during the night. |
