Convenient location being less than 10 minutes walk to the river front, shops and restaraunts. Right next door to the interesting museum. Efficient and very friendly staff. Most of the room doors are in need of painting to freshen then up. Also in the corridor some of the carpet joints were coming apart. Just needs a bit of T.L.C. |

The staff is very helpfull en friendly The hotel is very old and shaby. There was a band playing every night till 1pm en you could hear them from the 3th floor( in your room), very loud. The swimming pool and the gym are very old. Pictures on site look nice but it's not like that. It's too expensive for what you get. |

the comfortable rooms and the food. Difficulty in accessing to the other family member's rooms situated at different level as the access card is only for a level. Felt quite isolated. Quite troublesome each time to go to the counter for help. |
