It was a very relaxing break and the staff were very helpful, rooms were very comfortable and overall the experience was most enjoyable.

I do think the management should be aware that there are bats in the roofs and on the upper floor this is very noticeable. We have experience of this in our own house and if unattended they do leave an unpleasant smell which we noticed in our room. Had we stayed longer we would have asked to be moved.

The service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All service such as food and car hire throught hte hotel were very reasonably priced. It was a great place to spend a holiday.

persons who need daily to use internet/check mails shall not use this hotel, use of internet is too expensive our package included discount MYR 50,- per person for spa treatment and we both bought treatment at MYR 350,- /person but did not get any discount, no one told us on which treatments discounts are not available

providing access to a guest hospitality room prior to and after checkin/out is excellent and allows for good 'fit' with airlines like firefly and ensures local residents get maximum holiday time.

the food was excellent; bathroom squeeky clean; various facilities suitable for children; nearby to the airport & places of interest; wide clean beach; helpful, friendly & attentive staff.

the aircon in our room was not in good working condition, the wash basin was clogged & we did not receive our complementary fruit basket as stated in the booking confirmation.

The room design is great, the size is good, clean and comfort.

A lot of bugs, lizards and flies, the airconditioner is poor and hot, and the internet is expensive.

Calm, comfortable and private rooms with great views however you need to stay on top of things since they easily slip up with cleaning etc.

Too many students that work on the reception with bad language skills

The location, excellent rooms and friendly and helpful staff. After you have checked out you are still able to use all facilities while you wait for your flight and the resort will offer a hospitality room to freshen up.

The buffet breakfast could be better there were a couple of issues. eg. one morning we found flies in the garlic oil and also the fruit used for fresh juice were not kept cold so therefore one morning we got watermelon juice which was off........ the deck chairs around the pool and beach needs upgrading.

Location wise : excellent, close (walking distance) to numerous restaurants and shops. Staff : all extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms : we had the deluxe sea-facing room which is a hop, skip and jump to the beach so falling asleep to the waves crashing was great.

Value : Considering the room size and facilities, I would consider this hotel overpriced. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Malaysia and did not perhaps measure up to a five star standard.
