Comfortable room with Malay style. Huge bath room, appreciated! Big balcony, breakfast very good Big confusion on payment. The full amount deduced from credit card two days after the booking through booking.com. At check in, the hotel staff told me they will charge me again at check out, after two days back and force with booking.com and hotel, it finally sorted out |

The hotel need some renovation. The rooms are dusty and the floor carpet is also durty. Watersports are also very old. If you are looking for animation, belive me, this is not the right place. |

The service was really friendly. The restaurants had a good range of dishes. The facilities were reasonable and the room was spacious and well - kept. The area was really nice. The tennis courts and mini-golf will need some improvement - they look old and unattractive. Also, the entertainment in the lounge - it was the same band playing six nights - they played different songs, but the music was basically the same. I think a wider range of entertainment is important - especially when there are children staying at the hotel. |

Beautiful hotel and location, staff V.friendly Check in was an issue - we arrived at 1pm and although check in was supposed to be 2pm, we didnt get into our room until 3pm / / also the restaurant was pricey and the service in it was V.poor |

Bed and shower in the room were ok Room was not clean and had lizards. Facilities for watersports very old, noisy and stinky. Advice from recreation desk was not good. |
