Le personnel était agréable. Serviable. Hôtel non loin du centre. La chambre parfaite pour l'escale de 2 nuits que nous avons faite à Georgetown.... Aucun regret

Très mauvaise connexion internet et le personnel n'aime pas les questions posées, il les prend comme des attaques et non comme une demande d'informations. Ce qui est typiquement un comportement hottelier asiatique et malaisien.

very friendly staff, will help any way they can. Rooms a tiny bit tired but showers hot and sheets clean. Breakfast included was toast or cereal, marmite jam or peanut butter serve in lovely rooftop area, sunny but cool. Have all ready been back, they accomodated me when I arrived off the seven o'clock ferry and had not booked. Lovely people.

The hotel had a several good ratings online, and the pictures looked fine but when we got to our room we found that it smelled fairly bad, the bedsheets were worn, and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. But what caused us to leave and book another hotel that night was the non functional ac. This room had two ac units which were too small for a room this size, we left them on for four hours while we went out that night in order to cool the room. When we returned the room was not even a degree cooler, in fact it was cooler outside! This was simple unlivable. If this was a $10 a night hostel I could understand this but it bills itself as a hotel.

My husband and I were very comfortable at this hotel--nice room, little outside noise and comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast on the rooftop was great. Having plenty of hot water and having a bath tub was wonderful. Also, plenty of electrical outlets and good internet access was a plus. The location was also very good and made walking around the historical town very convenient. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay at this hotel again.

It is located close to everything we wanted to visit. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially the aunties in the breakfast room. Sheets were clean. The room was clean. The shower's water pressure was a plus point for me.

Parking for hotel guests. I saw some people working at the shoplots in front of the hotel park their car at the guest parking.

Location was ok although Georgetown is small enough to walk around so wherever you stay it's easy enough to get to the main sights. Wifi in the room was good. Staff were generally helpful and friendly.

The hotel is just generally very tired and this meant that it didn't feel all that clean because towels and bedding looked very worn and old. The air con could definitely do with being updated and I think for the price the hotel should just be in better condition.

Everything worked in the room, I.E. shower, aircon and it is very quiet at night time.

It's an older Hotel and starting to show its age, but the rooms are huge and spacious, everything in the room works, and you can't beat the price. The Hotel staff were more than friendly and sent out of their way to make our 6 day stay very enjoyable.

The location of the hotel mingood is close to chinatown and we have stayed there previously. The staff is friendly and there was space to park our hire car. This is a budget travellers hotel.

Disappointed, expected as displayed in advertisement. eg BREAKFAST was one of the reason to BOOK this Hotel, what a BREAKFAST IT WAS??? INSPITE OF MANY APPEALS TO GET WHITER BATHTOWELS, NONE AVAILABLE, for all my 5 days Stay. Regret to inform,I have travelled many cities and kampongs All over the WORLD NEVER had BATH TOWELS OF THAT UNSITELY COLOUR. PROBLEM IN FRIDGE, AFTER APPEAL CHANGED.
