Good location in Georgetown and good price. Very basic hotel as a place to stay, not particularily to enjoy the hotel itself. |

Friendly , warm and courteous staff. A small kettle for boiling water would be better instead of hot flask provided. The aircond stopped at 3am and as we are not familiar we struggle to get it started again. I think the timer should not be on. Sorry 2 ladies not good at gadgets. |

good location One of the staff is not nice. There is no temperature control in my AC. |

The staff went out of their way to help with getting me a room with good WiFi reception for my laptop. The air conditioner had no temperature control and cooled the room too much. |

It seemed to be a haunted place with hardly any residents. Many things: Haunted type, no pickup of luggage by hotel staff (no staff available), Breakfast extra charges for eggs!!!, No remote for TVs, TVs having no channels of interest, mosquitoes problem, etc |

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect (walking distance to Georgetown and town center, however, very quiet area) Big bathtub! There is no kettle in the room.... There are free water bottles but not new. Towels are torn. |

Good location, clean and big rooms, very kind and helpfull staff. Internet connection downstairs and wifi connection in rooms. The aircondition in the room was very noisy and not adjustable. |

The hotel is well located, very close to the center of the town. It is a very old hotel, with very old furnitures in the rooms. It is also one of the most expensives hotels in the area. You can have much better for this price! |

Showers were great, the bathroom was not as small as most in the region. The rooms are large. The hotel is a short walk awat from the city centre. The street it's on is quiet. |

Reception staff were very helpful with local info,bus routes etc.Roof top drinks very reasonable.Breakfast more than adequate for the price.Bed linen changed frequently.Complimentary Shower gel and shampoo provided.Friendly atmosphere,24 hour reception.Good value The roads not well lit at night,not the fault of the hotel though. |

Visa service, close to walk to many things, restaurants, Komtar Mall, etc. Price is up 12 rig. since last time I stayed so better deals in Bangkok |

The rooms where ok, the safe locker service was very good, it gave me a save feeling Breakfastservice was poor, very poor choice of foods (no cheese no ham) we had to pay extra for two fried eggs (3 RM) and the coffee was very undrinkeble like water and the staff during breakfast was very unfriendly!!! In the voucher was written that there was free internetservice but they try to get money for the internet too. I experienced that as very unpolite act. |
