Mosquitos and hornet

The room and bed is clean and comfy. Especially the bathroom. Just a comfortable family room over all. Worth the ringgit.

We were really unhappy with car we rented(Wira auto) cuz it ws quite expensive but old car and no petrol at all. Should provide more toiletries, not only 2piece of tiny soap fr the whole family fr 3days. We requested still. No person in charge at the office at night. I mean we need u sometimes! Pls keep any worker there. And keep some maps in car if u can.

Value for money to accommodate a couple with 3 young kids age between 2-6 y/old, & they also provide car rental at reasonable price. I feel sorry for return room & check out late at 1:45pm but surprisingly & thankfully they never questioned us but just showed us a smiley face as though they can understand how crazy we want to do last minute shopping. More touching our heart is when we were sent to jetty by a bigger car (Nissan Grand Livina) although we only rented a Suzuki Alto. Thanks so much for the hospitality & considerate treatment. .We will sure come back again..

Shower heater not function well to provide hot water but it was not a big deal to us since the weather was really hot during our stay. The toilet bowl also not function well where I have to remove its cover in order to press the button & flush properly. Anyway, it is acceptable to us for paying RM100/day for 2x king beds for oir family.

The free picking up and sending to nearby location is quite a good service. However, sometimes no one answer the phone in the service counter when we need the service.

The hotel should improve in maintenance of the toilet and building.

The staff were very helpful and drove us to town upon our arrival, so that we could immediately go to a restaurant. They offered us use of the office internet and printer. Simple, clean, basic accommodation.

The location was a little out of the way, but still only a 15 minute walk to town. Some mosquitoes at night.

The room got too many flies and ants , my children hand n legs swollen n itchy .need to improve the cleanness.

Near to Lagenda Park, food stalls, port (ferry service), Kuah town (food, town shopping, Duty free etc).. Can hire Car, tours from this place... Quite relaxing atmosphere..

Do not accept Credit Cards... More variety of channels on TV...

Very good facility and nice place. All is excellent. Suitable for my famili and we enjoyed to stay here. Only 3 minute drive to Pekan Kuah. The staff very kind, thanks to Mr Joe, his brothers and miss Mazlina if I'm not wrong. Thanks because ur suggestion dinner place at Bamboo Restaurant. We enjoyed the food " Ikan Jenahak Bakar ", wow..best..best... Terima kasih pemandu bot 'Pon' kalau tak silap la.. Island Hopping Trip very interesting. My suggestion to this Motel change the TV to LCD. Well done guys.. See you next time...

Hotel provide basic service, some far away from airport but with transportation service, overall is acceptable.

The price. The room was nice and Wifi worked fine.

The location is really bad. It's in the middle of nowhere and a pretty long walk from the ferry. No breakfast opportunities except McDonald's 10 minutes away. It's really only for budget travellers.

In general it is a good hotel. The room was quite big and quite clean. The bed was comfortable.

The mirror was not inside the bathroom but only in the room, so it is dificult to do the things like shaving. There was a desk but not a chair, so you can't use the desk for writting or for the computer, just for leaving things (poor service for a table...). These are small things, but this type of details should be improved. The location is not very good. The hotel is not very far from the ferry terminal, but you need 15 minutes walking to arrive there. There is not restaurants or stores close to the hotel. In the area of Kuah there is not really anything of interest, except Legenda Park, but you need 30 minutes driving (or by taxi) for arriving to Cenang beach, for example.

location was little bit difficult to find at very first time, for new pple like me.. so for this i suggest the admin to do dome advertisement to make aware all pple living in surroundings of hotel, that if any body gonna ask abt hotel that at leat thy should guide the new ppple.

The location is a bit hidden and difficult to find , had missed the turning few times. especially at night.
