The interior design of the room.

The swimming pool - have to improve the surrounding and pool itself. Put more smiley faces on the reservation staffs.

Room very clean, big buffet breakfast, good food menu, staff friendly and helpful

Staffs are friendly.

Room was not too clean. Far from public transport/bus station. Baby cot need a new one.

It was a very pleasant stay. Hotel is clean. Food is great. Shopping malls nearby. Few kilometers away from the infamous Senibong Seafood Village.

Swimming pool for toddler is too small

Rooms is huge and clean. Location is good.

Hotel may consider refurbishment cause the furnishing are quite old

The rooms are spacious and clean with confortable bed and nice pillows.The staff are helpfull and friendly.The food is good.

Theres no wi fi in the rooms but at the lobby.The swimming pool is not toddlers and children friendly.

The kid pool was very small....

The breakfast should improve as having same kind of foods for the past many years.

Mutiara Johor Bahru is a comfortable hotel to stay in. It has reasonable room size for family of 4 and the bed and liner itself are comfortable to sleep with. The room it self is clean and the bathtub is in good condition. The room design is a standard design which is more than enough for a relax and comfortable sleep. The morning receptionist, the Chinese, is really friendly and allow us to check in early. Very good hospitality skill and a top notch receptionist !

One particularly thing that i disappointed at is poor service with the receptionist / customer serivce women on the early morning shift the day we left the hotel. We had little inquiry to bill issue, and i demand for more explanation but not until her superior come and provided me with the information i needed. I think whoever present the company's front door, especially the receptionist has to be a top notch for the job. When we were done with checking out, they didn't even bother to greet you farewell. How sad.

The hotel was clean and well looked after

Very dated with obviously little recent investment. Internet access was flaky. The rooms have new LCD TVs but very poor selection of channels and all satellite channels non functioning saying "insert viewing card"!

bed sheets,pillow cases,towels are old, believed have been used for years. Air cond in the Gym is very old, not working ,very stuffy. Old hotel with old facility.

The hotel staffs were polite and friendly. Makes you feel comfortable.

The reno or setup is backdated. should consider revamp and make the hotel interior looks new and fresh

The hotel is at par with others . It is good value for money & location is excellent . It is nearby shopping and great food. Security in the hotel was fine so as the service .

The parking is quite limited , especially when come back late to the Hotel . The basement parking is quite scary at night . Many cars park along the basement road . Security guard was seen smoking , quite scary when alone .
