Naza Hotel Johor Bahru

Hotel difficult to find, Towels was not provided in my room and when requested, towel was not very clean. Hotel carpark to basement was difficult to find

Ok some of the areas (like the lobby) look clean

Service was poor. The reception counter has only one person on duty. My group has to wait almost two hours to get into the room. After we complained, only then the manager gave some tea and sandwiches. I have to change room 3 times to get a comfortable room. The first room has broken window, old TV and did not look good.

It was a bit tight on space, the connecting room should have some stopper for the door(s), the tv facilities are very basic, no astro, the room key very orthodox, should use smart card key, the food not really tasty especially for two days, the nas lemak's sambal was very bad. No plain water serve, rather have to ask and kinda slow service.

Near to major roads, quite location

Unfrotunately some facilities (eg swimming pool) was under refurbishment

The location is too remote and there is no direct route to shopping centres at City Square. Food served at the buffet breakfast is dissatisfactory. The hotel was undergoing renovation during my course of stay and facilities such as swimming pool were unavailable.

Its too far from city center. Info says 5min, but is more than 10 with taxi

It had located near by jb city .

The door lock should be changed , it looked like spoilt however it can locked .
