near to JB sentral/train/buses station and city center. staff is very rude, especially the front dest staff. They not entertaint customer at the best they should do. The hotel lobby is very poor. They dont know how to welcome the hotel guest. The pool side also very bad condition. This is the 1st and the last i stay at Naza Taylia Hotel Johor Bahru.

I would like to highlight that your night shift personnel, Fiza (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is very helpful. My partner did not bring his contact lense solution and we went around (after 10pm) trying to get one but to no avail. We came back to Naza hotel and just tried our luck by checking at the reception counter if the hotel may have it. Obviously, it's not an item that hotel carries. But Fiza, without hesitation offered us her own newly bought eye drop specially for contact lense wearer and even her own contact lense casing! She even told us not to mind using hers...(we were hoping she didn't mind!) It was really a very nice and genuine experience that exceeded our expectations. Fiza very well represents great customer service to us =) Thanks Fiza.

Mentioned wifi provided in booking.com, but actually no. Wifi only available at the cafe. When I asked the staff, they only said maybe wifi down. But I stayed there for 4 days, no wifi at all for rooms.

the hotel was under renovation during my stay with husband & 20 month son. It is still a pleasant.. will come back if the price remains. Friendly staff from maintenance, front desk and cafe. easy breezy check in & out. All in all we are happy. thank you! Door lock does not work, AC not cold, water trickling from toilet sink tap and water from shower overflows every time shower.

The pool is nicely maintained. Size is small but good enough. There seem to be miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. In Booking.com it says breakfast is included. The print out of the reservation also clearly stated it. But when I checked in, the staff said that it's not included because the room rate is promotional. I felt like being cheated.

Location and helpful staff Stains on the cushion cover of the window bench. Noisy air-cond. Entrance door knob breaking down. Bidet spray not repaired. Door/floor mat for washroom not provided. Doors are in bad conditions e.g scratches, broken. Breakfast buffet served at the cafe are almost of the same varieties throughout our 3 days of stay.

The hotel staff is friendly. The food is quite ok. The amenities are insufficient. During my stay, there was no rubbish bin in the room. The room had a musty smell. The phone and TV was faulty.

Well , your hotel is near Singapore. Convenient for us to catch Bus/ TAXI to Singapore. I was thinking , in my booking it should be a suite not a single room at RM 200.00 per room. However I was given two small room at RM 460 for two night stay for two rooms. Your booking never stated it was a gross rate ++ . I thought it was nett ( Cheap La rate )

Because the price is cheap. Especially everytime when I cehck in no staff at the counter. Lack of staff maybe. Have to wait a moment because the satff preparing her drink at the pantry or went to the toilet.

Extremely near to City, and near to eating places. I was taken by surprise by the amount charged to my credit card. It was considerably higher that what was indicated at booking.com. All taxes were hidden from the online price. Not good at all.

staff yg bagus - sentiasa menolong n membantu. swiming pool yg bagus n sesuai utk anak2 kecil... makanan terutama bfast n lain2 looks simple... but sedap.. my family really like it. overall - my family like this hotel, facility, food n staff. car parking.... not enough n naza staff not really help us on this. room air cond - too noisy.... need more decoration exp. room like.. wall paper... flower....

We like the quiet & secluded nature of the hotel. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel was not very clean. The corridor to the rooms had obviously not been vacuumed for some time. Room facilities were lacking when we checked in. And worst of all the air conditioning was not working, it made the room warm instead of cool! We couldn't sleep well!

If you are looking for an average hotel to stay in Johor & travel to Singapore, this would be the hotel you gonna stay. It is like 15-20 minutes walking distance to Johor kastam.
