near to JB sentral/train/buses station and city center.

staff is very rude, especially the front dest staff. They not entertaint customer at the best they should do. The hotel lobby is very poor. They dont know how to welcome the hotel guest. The pool side also very bad condition. This is the 1st and the last i stay at Naza Taylia Hotel Johor Bahru.

I would like to highlight that your night shift personnel, Fiza (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is very helpful. My partner did not bring his contact lense solution and we went around (after 10pm) trying to get one but to no avail. We came back to Naza hotel and just tried our luck by checking at the reception counter if the hotel may have it. Obviously, it's not an item that hotel carries. But Fiza, without hesitation offered us her own newly bought eye drop specially for contact lense wearer and even her own contact lense casing! She even told us not to mind using hers...(we were hoping she didn't mind!) It was really a very nice and genuine experience that exceeded our expectations. Fiza very well represents great customer service to us =) Thanks Fiza.

the hotel was under renovation during my stay with husband & 20 month son. It is still a pleasant.. will come back if the price remains. Friendly staff from maintenance, front desk and cafe. easy breezy check in & out. All in all we are happy. thank you!

Door lock does not work, AC not cold, water trickling from toilet sink tap and water from shower overflows every time shower.

Spacious room. Food - ok.

No wifi facility. Have to pay but amount paid does not commensurate with time use. It should be free wifi.

The hotel staff is friendly. The food is quite ok.

The amenities are insufficient. During my stay, there was no rubbish bin in the room. The room had a musty smell. The phone and TV was faulty.

most facility room is damage like shower door,hot water control uncontrolable,and most old secure locker door.

There is no lift to access & the facilities is not up to standard.

Because the price is cheap.

Especially everytime when I cehck in no staff at the counter. Lack of staff maybe. Have to wait a moment because the satff preparing her drink at the pantry or went to the toilet.

The Al Fresso restaurant wihich most of the staff esp the f&b Manager are very pleasant and polite.

Very dull environment.. Not lively

If you are looking for an average hotel to stay in Johor & travel to Singapore, this would be the hotel you gonna stay. It is like 15-20 minutes walking distance to Johor kastam.
