The room which I booked look exactly as what i saw in the pic provided by the website and that pleased me alot cos I don't like to receive something different from what I booked. The room is really great. Clean with nice settings. Very comfortable. Only setback is their poor service. I will highly recommend this good and reasonably priced hotel. One the the front desk staff has very poor attitude. He is not very friendly and approachable. And he can't speak English at all! Very rigid rule eg. I have to pay up cash RM$250 as deposit but I do not hold that much of cash and their only visa machine is down when I wanna pay by card and he refuse to take Singapore dollar! I spent 1 whole hour to deal with him before I can check into my room! |

The location is too remote and there is no direct route to shopping centres at City Square. Food served at the buffet breakfast is dissatisfactory. The hotel was undergoing renovation during my course of stay and facilities such as swimming pool were unavailable. |

Staff are very friendly. Location near border crossing for heavy vehicles means it is a bit noisy. Also there is a chinese temple nearby that plays very loud music until 10.30pm. |

地図上では駅から近いように見えるが、実際には道路が一方通行だったり、歩道がなかったりして、タクシーで相当時間がかかるので注意が必要。 |

Saubere Räume, Gute und nicht übliche Bettdecke, Ich habe beim austüten ein Zahnputzglas zerbrochen, da war man sehr zuvorkommend. Früstück typish Islam, dennoch ganz ok. Ohne Internet Anschluß Möglichkeit ist es für Geschäftsreisende keine gute Alternative. Unsaubere Tasse im Zimmer, Minibar leer, Außer Zahnputzgläser und tassen keine Trinkgläser im Zimmer. Wer offer hat sollte besser den Aufzug benutzen, allerdings ist der untere Zugang abends geschlossen von 7 - 7. |
