Good location near town. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly.

We asked for 2 non smoking room but finally 1 of the room is smoking room. After we have check in the room we can smell extremely strong smoking smell. My hubby having terrible flu and sneezing all night long because of the smoking smell and not enjoy the staying at the hotel. The other room having telephone problem. The phone is not functioning at all even we have inform the maintenance hotel but we cannot intercom room to room and we have to make call through our handphone during the stay. The tooth brush and tooth paste is not availabe meanwhile other 3 star hotel provide. We have booked for 2 twin deluxe room and we got 2 small single bed in the room, compared with other 3 star hotel, the bed is bigger and more comfortable..

Location near center, can walk,have transportation good pass easy to get bus.

Room not have cleaning,No towel, I check in 14pm. Reception book room when get room. .Oh my god long way fir trip need towel then call reception they said will give after 15pm..funny!! I just go out then come back room not clean yet can touch by hand bed no clean like this room no body sleep..hotel old look scary in room! ! Will never book there again if I go alone:-(

bed sheets , blankets, pillow cases and towels should all change to new one as they all have stain marks and the towels are no longer white. should provide hand towels and tissue paper. Safe cannot be used.

The location is very strategic as its near town.

The hotel carpets are filthy, smelly. The rooms don't look appealling & dirty. The beds & mattress looks dusty. Overall, the hotel was a shame & the kids even know that its a bad hotel. What a waste as it spoilt our weekend! I personally will not recommend the hotel to friends.

On a weekend retreat and liesure trip. I have stayed at this hotel more than 6 times. The staff has always shown that welcome back feelings for us and has improved trendously. Location and various shopping centres, local places of interest within walking distance are plus point for all our stay and visits.

There are areas of improvement that needs to be look at seriously even to the basic needs in guestroom supplies: 1) There is NO tissue box provided in a deluxe room. 2) 0nly one small bath soap provide for 2 people staying in a deluxe room 3) TV in room outdated with no remote control. To view, I had to knock hard on the set than picture screen will appear with intermittent disturbance. Finally. I feel doubtful to continue staying in this hotel unless IMPROVMENT being made by getting corporate management involve to look into so as to better their image and branding for one reason - value for money and comfort stay.

The aircon didn't work even after we complained to the management, a bit run down hotel (some lights don't work and not fixed even after we complained) and for the price we paid, we should have stayed somewhere else.

we asked for a single queen bed 1 week in advance(written in booking form-request) but we were given a double bed instead.

The Staff ( at front desk)don't speak English and does not help you in anyway. They know nothing about the area...too expensive...not worth it....Don't go there....

Had a good stay, friendly staff. everything is ok.

No swimming pool. Buffet breakfast should have variety. Buffet is very simple. If equal as Naza Talyya Penang will be better because the price is almost same.

Toilet is terrible,Only 1 power plug inside the room.
