Staff friendlness It appears that Hotels use Discounted Hotel Web Sites, for booking their substandard rooms, which they certainly would not be able to let to normal guests. In this case the Central Heating was on but not working, one occupant had to leave before the last night as the room was too hot. The Room was certainly not a superior double room, but un unlettable Twin. |

No hair dryer at the room, and there is only 2 or 3 hair dryer in the hotel. When I ask for borrow, they can't provide. |

Only the floor in the room. Lousy services, where no towel in the room when we check-in. Provide empty promised as requested for towel. It's end with we request towel personally. I was surprise that cup was dirty, coffee is cool until the creamer and sugar cannot be melted, and half boil egg is too cook! |

I liked that they had renovated since I had last stayed there. The restaurant staff are friendly to. The buffet is very poor, I've stayed at even cheaper lower class hotels and had a lot better breakfast's. The smoking floor on the 6th floor doesn't have ashtrays. The beds are not made up properly, there should be 2 sheets that you sleep between then the duvet on top. This time we slept on top of a sheet with just a plain duvet inner with no cover or no sheet between. This is not a good habit. |

My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Also the airconditioning was working very well and the shower was in top shape. I must say that these are basics to be expected but at our last stay in a 3 star hotel in Seramban this was not so and we had a nightmare. And of course we will never go back there and have 'advertised' this to our friends! Just that the breakfast could have a little more variety but this is not important compared to room comfort and service. |

toilet beautiful & clean, nice sofa. Bed Sheet so tirdy, Breakfast less dishes & not delicious, car park no roof, so expensive! |

Right at the centre of the city The place was under construction, so dusts everywhere. Only one lift can be used. |

This is one of the hotel which was still available when I searched thru internet The restaurant...breakfast buffet was terrible..not enough food although it was only 8.40 am...some of the staff were not friendly... |
