stayed several times but this time they give me smaller room (deluxe as booked), no bath tub, some drawers peeled off, still old crt tv, just satisfactory ...

-breakfast is awesome and even better compare to some other 4 star hotel. -

-small pool -my bathroom clogging -only 1 person at front office to handle check in and check out guest on weekend.

Total relaxation, local transport to Georgetown within 5 min walk

Location quite convinient. Food court beside. Price cheap.

Swimming pool too dirty and should clean often. Should remove the carpet on corridor.

Equipment in room not working. When concern was brought to the reception no respond after about an hour.

Room and corridors looked tired. Patio door wouldn't slide open.

Nice sea view at the cafe. Could add water cooler at each floor.

The indian receptionist wasnt friendly. Requested room face seaside but didnt fulfil, got face building instead. Somemore ask for double room, she keep say need verify, didnt know what she mean also, like diverting the conversation. No smile at all and fierce tone. I would rather she speak in Malay than showing bad face.

Never attend to my online request for early check-in & late check- out. My 2nd booking was not capture in their system... Luckily it was weekday & after school holiday ends.. There was an available room

Lovely big rooms, huge buffet breakfast with lots of choices and different every day, food in the restaurant was the best we have eaten in our 10 weeks in Asia, staff were really sweet, pool is lovely, views from the deluxe rooms are wonderful. Great place to relax but not good if you want to sight see.

Aircon is noisy and even if yours is off you can still hear the neighbouring rooms aircon so not much silence at night which is a real pity. They have no computer for guests usage and the nearest internet cafe is a long bus trip away which is a real nuisence. The hotel is quite out the way but is on the bus route.

Had larger #4 tier room, very nice and comfortable. Free internet with my stay was good, if a bit annoying for having to re-register every 24 hours. Housekeeping service was outstanding.

Breakfast (free) was a bit tedious and even Malaysian offerings were repetitive -- toward the end of the week it seemed like the kitchen was running out of food. Western offering was ok, but a bit more variety and prep in local fare would have been appreciated. (Btw, I'm western)

Your hotels Cleanliness, especially your air conditioning - it's probably not been cleaned and it caused me and my wife to have running nose and flu.

The hotel presents you to the open sea right in front of your balcony.

The hotel lack of decor, nothing much to feast the eyes.

very near family interests like gurney dr.,town ctr,food,other popular beaches etc,etc.

room service/maintenance..I guess listening to a guest's problem(no room phone,tv/astro down) is not part of their job description..
