location restaurant value for money late check out
- emplacement - size of bed and room - Staff very friendly
big rooms breakfast near to the beach nice beds
personal was sometimes very unflexible and kind of rude when we ask for something. wifi just worked before 8 in the morning and after 10pm, personal said all the time its busy, although no one was using it. unfortunately a little too expensive for the comfort.
Private beach with sun launchers Breakfast is OK Chalet is beautiful, with private balcony and nice views over the beach or garden It's clean and cozy
Not a lot of (swimming) space on this side of the island Service is not so good
Good breakfast with egg corner (friendly lady makes great eggs). Good location at the island. Great airconditioning.
Very grumpy/unfriendly staff. Smiling was not possible. When there was nothing to do, employees where sitting at a table in the restaurant looking bored. We stayed six days but the room was not cleaned one time. Not even clean towels, fresh linen or toilet paper. Chalets are musty with mold on the ceiling. Renovation is necesarry. Bad wifi.
Restaurant was ok, some waiting staff were friendly and helpful,
Room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there, beach was not great, rooms were dark, greeted by the least friendly person working in the hotel, overpriced,
Location, food and service
We have asked a chalet far from power generator but the reception has assigned to us the room 2 meters from the generator. .. many thanks!
Chalets new and very clean Only place with a deck over the water Service was good
Beautiful location right on an amazing beach with coral reefs and lots of fish and marine life. Good food, cheap prices. Excellent if you don't care much for the standard of the rooms and spend most of your time outside.
Staff somewhat untrained, average comfort level, poor "garden" view.
The overall I only like the seaview balcony.
Staff no maness, the facility of room is very poor. The area is not enough clean.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - Snorkelling from the beach outside or just a short walk up the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast could have more variety and cater for western tastes more. Payment for accommodation a bit complicated and took me many emails to organise a foreign bank transfer for deposit. After all done, I was told they could have used credit card information that Booking.com had but this was NOT explained in the 10 emails I sent previous to the transfer. Cost me an extra $20 for foreign transfer and then another $10 as conversion to Malaysian ringit was lower when received.
Very nice and beautiful location. Food are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would suggest to have more water sport such as banana boat, water jet ski, paraceiling and etc. Accommodation are perfect.
Need more variety of food.
Good location, nice food, friendly staff.
No mattresses on sunbeds. Room very basic. Bathroom needs a good scrub.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Apparently we were in a new room although it was already coming apart (tv did not work, shower coming off the wall). Walls very thin so hear your neighbours. Lot of unfinished areas so you see a good deal of cement. Not much choice of food. Snorkelling area does not compare to further along the beach. Not enough sunbeds and they are VERY uncomfortable
Lovely food Hardworking kind staff Gorgeous BBQ fish in the evening Clean room freshly built but not what we expected Good view
We didn't have a hut but a flat Very expensive for what it was Very squashed in with other resorts
Most amazing spot on the beach. The most lovely staff and food. Rooms are basic, but when you are staying right on the beach, who cares...
On the beach, good food.
After the first night my backpack was full of bugs... But I guess it's expected as it is near the jungle. Not that well cleaned.
- perfect beach, seams for us the best hotel at this beach with nice privat beach - we had a garden charlet with sea view - clean rooms and enough space to feel welcom and free - stuff at reception and restaurant - BBQ at the evening - good price - own snorkling service and transport service for good price
- WLAN only at reception
the loaction is just on the beach, very close to the sea.
The staff could be more friendly.
The beach was beautiful
Staff service was horrible
The view! The snorkelling. The laid back nature. The beauty--absolutely breathtaking! The coral bay outside Tuna Bay - you can just go and use that part of the beach (or any beach on the island) as you please.
Some construction on the next island really loud but only noticed it on one day- it was SUPER basic but perfect for us. The Jungle Trek to the other beaches is short but tough (15 minutes) other option is water taxi for 5MR each ($2.50)
location and resturant view is good.
Staffs' attutude is better to improve..
they charged us additional RM 80!!!!!! which we booked it said that could stay for 3 persons. but they asked for us additional charge! And the staff there kept saying that Booking.com always brings trouble. And they were impatience with us and also other guests when we check in.
Rooms are nice, shower, good view and airco. Location nice, good beaches (beach in front of chalet nice and quiet).
Staff not very helpful. For example: They said the snorkelling trip wasn't available (come back tomorrow) but via other resort we could arrange one very easy. Also, waiting time for breakfast/dinner quite long.
Cocohut is a good place to stay at perhentian, very nice staff and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and big. A good price for the high season. Indeed recomended!
