I liked the cleanliness of the place, food, nearness from the beach, the activities available, the spa, the plumbing-there was a leak in the bathroom sink |

They did not have the correct check out date provided by booking.com. Hotel never corrected until the day we checked out!! |

The beach was nice As a single person, I felt the hotel was more catered to families and larger groups. Not exactly the peaceful serenity I had in mind. |

The Monitor Lizard, nice size kids pool, enough activities for kids. Our room had a full trash bin and used coffee cups when we came in. |

This is our second stay at this lovely hotel. My wife and I stayed in March and we took the children (16 yrs and 19 yrs) with us in August. The quality and variety of food is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious and the location is beautiful with a lovely beach and swimming pool. The children loved the jet sky on the beach. |

Great location but would recommend hiring a car unless you only intend staying on the beach or around the pool during your visit as the hotel is a long way from anything else. The beach was very quiet ... ideal for secluded sunbathing. Make sure you arrive early for breakfast if you have a morning schedule to keep to! The restaurant was always too busy at breakfast time.We had to wait before being seated on several occasions. |

Relaxing atmosphere. Choice of restaurants for different tastes. Helpfull very friendly staff. Fantastic beach. Showers need treatment of mould killer. Black mould in cracks |

Execelent staff,very friendly and good service. Plenty sports facilities. Good beach and save swimming. Extra to pay for use of facilities, i.e. kajaking, sailboards ect. Would be better to include in price of stay |

Beach was good. Pool was also quite good. Very far from anywhere (e.g. restaurants outside), and food in hotel is very expensive and not that good. The hotel is quite old and the door was broken during our stay... |

The location was excellent, the beach one of the best i have visited. However it is a little difficult to have meals outside the hotel as the transport charged by the cabs are very expensive. |

The hotel is located in a very nice area. 1) The cleanliness of the room was not very good, bathroom floor had been wet during our stay, and the pillows were dry for some reason. 2) The lights were not working, only room light and bathroom light were working. The color of the toilet seat was faded, looked like there were brownish stains on it. 3) We and a friend had lost our cell phones during the stay. 4) They missed our Taxi booking. |
