Very polite service staff. Always greeting guests with a smile, makes us feel very welcome.

The ocean view room I got wasn't exactly ocean view at all. Blocked by trees and a pond in between

A few little things that didn't quite work out, better wifi coverage would have been good, more shuttles into town but nothing serious

The villa was very nice, we got the unit facing the sea with great view. The villa had a large space, a small private pool and it felt homely. With 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and a gazebo in front of the beach, we were satisfied. We can either use our pool or walk to the nearest common pool which was bigger.

The bedframe is our room was very skimpy. It used wooden planks underneath it (like a baby cot). When we slept on the bed, the wooden planks fell underneath and no longer support the mattress. We had to wake up few times to adjust the planks. Forget about a good night sleep. The private pool was dirty and full of dead bugs and deda leaves, nobody came to clean it regularly. Next morning at breakfast, one of the staff was cursing to another staff in local dialect (we understood it as we were local too). Also we noticed we were treated less special than how they treated foreign guests. Money spent is the same, but why different standards? We are paying guests too? The next day at lunch, we called the Penyu restaurant to make a reservation, which the operator did. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we asked for our table and the staff said reservation is not encouraged at this premise and we may find any empty tables there. I glanced at 2 tables near me with a "Reserved" sign on it and asked what about that reserved table? She replied it was for some participants from ums having a seminar and the table was for them. Can you see the double standard here? In the end, another polite staff showed us to our table and we ate there feeling less special again. Please improve on your bedframe, staff manners and please treat local guests as special as other foreign guests. Our words spreads faster and wider among the locals.

shabby and old furniture and other amenities at room and other places, beach is not very good for swimming with lots of jelly fishes and dusty waters

I like the wave of the ocean but the activities and events at the beach not very interesting, make some improvement on beach events.. (:

The beach was wide and windy.

No free shuttle from airport. The hotel charge rm 90 from airport to hotel. So in total must spend rm 180 just for transport from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. No wifi in the room. Lobby wifi is too slow. Food tastes lousy. Rooms are not maintained (some light bulbs are not working, hot water no even flow)

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. it was spacious, and full of surprises. Before we were properly checked-in, Francis already allowed my 3-year-old to jump into the pool! We had great time there and we are looking forward to our next staying at Nexus!

If there is anything I didn't like, it's the lack of wifi. But in most of the public areas, we could still have some weak signal. However, we were on holiday. It's really no big deal!

1) need upgrade in-room entertainment facilities. 2) need upkeep some part of the external resort building. 3) price for food is too expensive. 4) need a long walk from main building to room.

Place was very spacious so you don't feel any congestion even though there were several tour groups. Lovely view of the sea from 5th floor Premier Ocean Wing (thanks to Nexus, we were upgraded). Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Beach was not so clean. Spa facilities weren't as good for the price we paid myr228 for a full body massage, jacuzzi was not working. Massage at the beach hut was just as expensive myr218/- for full body.

not so many shuttle buses to go to downtown. and not so many routines for other directions.

There was a lovely relaxed atmoshpere. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staffs at Nexus were very attentive and courteous. Each time when we came back after an outing, they would offer to send us back to our room either by and MPV or golf cart buggy. The staffs are very well trained and knowledgable.

If only they could improve on the breakfast buffet spread. I find that there's not much variety. Not sure about dinner but we didn't enjoy the breakfast very much. Beach facilities are also very old. The beach is not as clean as shown in the pictures.

1. the adpartment is well equipted, clean. 2. the massage bathtug in the master room is good.

1. the swimming pool is very very small, don't expect it, can go to swim at the beatch. 2. there's 2 reception. the villa area reception is far away from the main one. facilities are simple & crude. has to wait for the 30min shuttle bus to the SPA and other area of the resort. 3. location is very very far away from town. 180 RM is needed for return taxi between Nexus & K.K. the charged bus to the town will close at 5pm.

The staff were extremely helpful from the time of arrival until we departed. I liked the variety of restaurants to suit all budgets. The location also was lovely with the resort facing the ocean. Having Internet connection in the room for free was great too.

Perhaps it would be nice to have better coffee in the Penyu Buffet Restaurant. Fresh filtered coffee would be nice.

The beach is wonderful.

Location!! - quite far away from city centre (30 mins by taxi)

I like the environment, the beach, the outdoor activities & of course the SPA :))
