Location - central to city whereabouts and easy access to transport That the hotel does not credit mileage points for booking made online and has imposed a minimum - some hotels do not impose such limits so it is more encouraging to patronage them frequently |

Fantastic hotel. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean, large rooms with great beds and facilities. Breakfast superb. Spa facilities excellent. Great location. Metro station just opposite Far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel. Some new apartments/office block being built near the hotel so some construction noise near the outdoor pool area which is not the fault of the hotel. |

The room was very comfortable and I didn't need anything else as everything was provided for. The proximity to KLCC was a plus and the shuttle service provided saved me the hassle of having to get my own transportation to the shopping places. |

In general, the service and cleanliness of the hotel is quite good. Except a few cases like: 1) the front desk officer wanted to charge me again when I want to check out even I told him I have made full payment via booking.com and I saw the charges already reflected at my credit card bill. It tooks quite a while for us to resolve this. 2) The most Unpleasurable thing is I saw a few Saudi Arabia pilots and crews smoking at the breakfast indoor air conditional restaurant near the buffet line (none smoking zone) but none of their service staff approach them to stop them from smoking even they saw that in their very eyes. My second visit in the month of Nov09, and i still enjoyed the cosiness/ locality of this hotel. its not far from KLCC crowd yet it allows easy and close accessibility- even on foot altho there is a regular hotel bus service yes, still i thought that security is rather lax, despite my earlier comments! also housekeeping dont seemed to vacuum my room. the same traces of dust/papers are still seen on the carpet after my 3 day stay. |

environment of room was very well liked..... though the staff at checkin tried giving us superior until I recall seeing the word 'Premier' and we pointed it's a premier type as stated in booking form. Room service(no chg bedsheet, toiletries,bath towels..etc..) was not conducted in morning.. we found out after our return fm tired shopping at 7pm .. and then it took 50min later for room service after 2 (upset) calls to person manning the Duty Manager tel line. On further thots this cud be caused by the buttons (DND & Make Room) located very close in the control panel. |

Big room, but I thought this was because of upgrade. Aloowed to book in at 11am. (but see below) 1. Even though the room was available at our early morning arrival we were asked for 1/2 day rate to be allowed to book in early. (we did not accept this offer, and eventually we were allowed to book in at 11AM which was good. 2. Sound from TVs at treadmills in GYM not through head phones so two TVs on different channels just made noise. |
