La posizione è ottimale. 10 minuti a piedi dal Klcc e la metro a 50 metri. Le stanze sono molto grandi e confortevoli. L'hotel ha una hall molto grande. E accogliente. Ci sono 3 ristoranti all'interno. La Brasserie è un buon conmpremesso se non si ha voglia di uscire. In camera la teiera è utile. Il concerge a disposizione per tutte le informazioni sulla città..Il bagno molto grande, con vasca e doccia. Bella la piscina.

La colazione è cara. Alcune trascuratezze del bagno e della camera tradiscono un po' gli anni dell'hotel.

Value for money, very close from petronas twin towers, rooms are clean and comfortable, luxury.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful hotel, staff were really helpful and friendly. Shaha the poolside supervisor was great and kept us entertained with games while we waited out a rainstorm! Selection of food for breakfast was top notch. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained, excellent food variety, the free wifi signal is very good all over the hotel. Very good location in the heart of Kuala-Lumpur. I loved it

Everything is ok start from bellman to the room and food is perfect

I dont like that I pay the full charge if room including tax and service and then I took dinner and pay for it with extra tax and service I see as a guest in hotel there is no need for extra charge for tax and service

Only the hotel needs a more improvement on breakfast. In general, I like it.

Large, comfortable & well appointment room. Fast room service Conference facilities were v good. Conf staff were attentive esp the audio visual technical support staff

قضينا يومين رائعين في جناح النادي المطل على المدينة مع دخول حصري إلى النادي وجميع مرافق الفندق، كل ما في الفندق رائع ومترف والمعاملة تشعر بالتميز والرقي. المسبح رااائع، وتشكيلة البوفيه واسعة وشهية، رغم قلة الطعام العربي النكهة، لكن النزيل يستمتع بتجربة ما هو جديد وفريد... الطاقم بشوش وخدوم، وقدموا لنا هدية ما إن عرفوا أننا في شهر العسل؛ ونتوجه بالشكر إلى جايسون الماليزي الذي قدم لنا طعام الإفطار وقام بهذه اللفتة المميزة وعرفنا على مدير المطعم .. فندق في قمة الذوق والفخامة تصميما وخدمة وضيافة ورفاااهية :)

Not enough gym equipments, food same every day !!

The room are good,clean and quiet,its 5 star rating.

5 star facility with 3 star service crew.

Good size and well equipped room. The breakfast was good as well as central location. The staff were very helpful and check in and check were very fast and smooth.

One towel in the bathroom had a stain. Room felt a little old and dated. Cleaning could be improved, especially the bathroom. Room service food was average.

I was amazingly surprised by the warm welcome my wife and I have received when checking-in as honeymooners, though the hotel is a business destination at first. The amenities in the room were great and unexpected. The staff in the Club Lounge "Chapeau" as we say in French: congratulations to Mark, Kennard and Kayyyuuum: You gentlemen "make" the Club.

Location, close to metro station staff, friendly and cooperative

Breakfast good in quality, but needs more items in international food I will give it 7 out of 10. it is not bad but it miss few things

The room is nice and new but the toilet is old. The lobby is very classic and luxury, BF staff service is very good.

The pool has only one staff to attend to your needs. The toilet is old. The service at the entrance is not superior.

I aspect 5 stars hotel has so many kind food of breakfast.

Rooms Club lounge and staff are excellent specially stephaine and qayoum and maya

I booked Grand premier king room.The bed was larger than normal king bed.It can easily accommodate 2 child (below 6 years) & 2 adults. Petronas towers is only 7 to 10 minutes walk away.And Bukit Binatng (Pavillion Mall) only took 20 minutes by walk.

Everything in the Hotel was just fantastic. The stuff so gentle, the room so confortable. The location perfect... Everything was wonderful.

The doorman was outstanding. He is extremely professional and proficient.

Power points in the room didn't work. The iron didn't work requested a replacement took far to long to be delivered. Then another arrived Substandard as far as a 5 Star is concerned. But understand that they have recently taken over the location. Get on top of maintenance and properly service the room every day

The size of the bed and bed linen. The Lobby The breakfast buffet was fantastic Loved the fact that we arrived very early from Germany and were very tired but we were able to go to our room immediately. Much appreciated.
