Woke up in the morning by the chirpy birds, enjoying the good view of morning sun rise with a breeze of fresh air from the balcony.

the golf ,the restaurant staff were very polite and efficient

no hot water in shower and took 2 days to fix.did not get a wake up call when it was important as we were leaving at 6am

We stayed for two days while passing through Kuala Lumpur at the end of a vacation. We were able to play a round of golf each day, including rental clubs and greens fees, for a fration of the cost we would have paid in the US, Europe, Australia, or Asia. The room was fine, food was good, there was a super swimming pool, decent lounge, it was 20 minutes to the airport, and the daily hotel rate was very low. I travel perhaps 40 weeks per year and this might be the best value for money I can recommend.

There are really no negatives.

I lived in many hotels across the world.I Have not seen such a reception this hotel.Cool reception without any smile without any greeting.

The location is good as I was there to attend my graduation ceremony at inti International University. I can reach within 5 minutes. It is near to lcct and klia too. The staff was able to help out with my wifi-connection problem which due to my own laptop problem.

When I wanted to check in to the hotel, the staff there could not identify my booking eventhough I provided them with my booking number. My booking was not in their system (which I dont know why). Perhaps booking.com should identify the problem with the resort.

Large rooms and quiet location. Good pool to swim laps and to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Pre booked transfer did not arrive. I was a lone female traveller arriving at the airport at 2300 hours., I had therefore specifically requested a hotel transfer. Had to call 3 times due to reception not answering phone, eventully transport arrived 1 1/2 hours late!!!! Staff on reception lied about reasons for non show of transfer - this annoyed me more than the no show of the bus. Spa massuese was very rude

The hotel was impressive, however the service was appauling. Never would I recommend anyone to endure the pathetic customer service that is on offer at this establishment. Forgotten pick ups, inedible food, rude staff the list is endless....... avoid at all costs.

The room is not worth the price I paid rm 270. Lousy room come with high price. Furnitures in room are old. Room is full of odd smell. Not gonna stay at this hotel in future

Had to end up eating at the golf club each day as food at other facilities was terrible. 8/ Cannot be rated as 4 star - no more than a maximum 2 star! 9/ Drinks prices were over the top. RM300 for a bottle of wine that cost RM40 in any shop! 10/ Room service does not respond - after complaining about the smelly pillows, and waiting over half an hour, had to take pillows to reception and get them changed ourselves and being laughed at by reception staff! 11/ This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and don't offer free shuttles to anywhere! WARNING TO OTHERS - NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!!!!!

The breakfast was great, the place is well kept and the kids pool is just awesome!

The location is good if u r flying from KLIA.. it takes about 20 to 30 minutes driving with no traffic (at least for us on a Monday afternoon).

This is not a hotel, it is a isolated, run down, over priced resort for group travellers from the owners' home country. Upon checkin, none of 4 credit cards were accepted, we had to survive on petty cash, eating noodles from a box with hot water from kettle in our room, with no symphaty or assistance from hotell staff, in fact more like derogatoring remarks about are credit cards (which worked with no problems outside the hotel the next day). All other hotel food was over priced, one single cone ice cream cost usd 7. We stayed in transit for proximity to airport which was a big mistake; taxi from kl was expensive since having to pay empty car on return, taxi to airport was charged by hotel at excess rate, probably running some profit scheme. We checked out at 6 am, the reception was unmanned despite promises made to the contrary when we checked in.

- pool was great. My kids had a really good time - found good restaurants with nice food & cheap pricing nearby university area. - Room was smelly (like it haven't been used for years). - I paid walked in rate which was cheaper than the rate provided by booking.com.

The peace and quiet at the Resort made me forget that it was just a short distance away from busy urban centers. My room was sized just right and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I had a view of the golf greens and oil palms.

All things said, there are some things which the Resort should look into seriously. I am not happy that the room had no carpets. It made the room feel cheap and not at the rate they were charging. In the evening, I sat down in the chair provided to read a book. Sadly, the reading lights next to it was not working. So, I had to pull the chair by the bedside to get enough light. When bedtime arrived, I felt that one pillow per person, as offered in my room, is not acceptable. At least, there should be a cushion in lieu of a second pillow. Finally, the wash-basin tap in the bathroom was loose and made it difficult to use. Not worthy of a resort that had an image to maintain.

The facilities were good.

I didn't like that the buffet breakfast does not include coffee and juices, and does not have signage on which part is the buffet area. Also I didn't like that I had to pay for use of internet, I did not have my laptop. It would of been nice if there was a complimentary car service for drop off and pickup to local shops.

wifi限人数啊，高峰时段根本挤不上去，是戒网的好地方 酒店打扫卫生不行啊，床单被子5天都不换的啊，只是帮你铺铺好 有一天还米有来铺啊 如果服务提升一下酒店就高端了
