The staff was very courteous. The room was quite large. Check-in and check-out were quick, trouble-free. The parking has been very badly designed. It's difficult to turn from one level to another without scraping your car. The entry from parking to lobby was quite sleazy, but I that's probably because of some renovations. The bathroom door wouldn't close. It's a sliding door, and was hung in a way that the door would slide away by gravity. The walls had so much paint coming off, it gave a very run-down feel to the room. The breakfast was meager, even by budget hotel standards. One juice, no milk/cornflakes, no sausages. (Nasi lemak yes, egg yes.) I prefer continental breakfasts, and They advertise free wifi, but the speed is very slow. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If pressed, I may stay here again, but I'd much prefer to avoid it.

Only one, the check in staff was very helpful and polite. The room facilities doesn't march the value of money i paid. No drinking water. Towel smell badly. 2nd day, left room at 9.00am and back at 4.00pm no one tidy the bed, toilet not clean and have to call room service for clean towel. Won't recommend hotel.

Hotel stuff were friendly and cooperative. Free wireless internet connection with proper connection speed. Room wasn't clean at all. There were three basic and fashioned irons in the ironing room.

Friendly staff The room was damp and really smelly. The hotel only sent housekeeping to spray some fragrance which was gone within an hour. Also its relatively difficult to get a taxi there.

Very spacious room for the price. Location near petrol stations with convenience store & McDonald's was nice & convenient. Breakfast limited choice. Access between lobby & basement carpark difficult.
