Pleasant location and the shopping mall provided compact local centre. The views were good and it was not in a city centre Room small with poorly finished decoration although might please design buffs. Shower particularly poor design as you had to get under it to turn on the water and so could be dangerous if the temperature set too high |

The concierge personnel were extremely kind, polite and efficient. The room was chic and extremely comfortable. The design was very modern and the room was very clean. Special mention once again about the concierge who were very helpful |

Exelent location inside the biggest shopping mall, great services and room with modern equipment - plazma tv, internet conection, desk etc. Outdoor swimming pool on seventh floor super! |

The hotel staff was very helpful & courteous. Need to mentioned one of your staff Damien has been very approacable and not shy to provide insight in interesting places in KK. Overall it was a good experience & not forgetting the breakfast .. not bad. This is more like a suggestion...It will be good if the hotel could have a understanding with the tenants of the Mall..and provide guest with vouchers or discount vouchers. |

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is far away from the city centre. Novotel cancelled free shuttle service which is not convenient. The lobby is freezing cold. |

Right next to 1Borneo. We were given a room whereby i noticed that the lock has been tampered with before. My guess is that the room has been broken into, which will add to the discomfort feeling that I will have during my stay. Please change the lock properly (not just changing the lock but also to paint the surroundings of the lock as pieces of wood has been scraped off. |

A home away from home where i can sleep on the comfortable bed,i enjoys the bath room where i can have a comfortable bath after a hot day outing and enjoys the ceiling shower the most. Too far away from town and will cost more on transportatation. |

breakfast was wonderful and outdoor swimming pool was great... :) well... whole building has a strange noise... even at night... seriously i felt like i was on the boat while i was sleeping... so i really wonder it was only temporarily or not... so if you can remove the noise... this hotel will be the best of the best... anyway i enjoyed a lot... thanks |

The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is very helpful and nice, the location is excellent and convenient since it attaches to the Hypermall. The bed size is a little bit small. It was very windy at the swimming pool during our stay, and the water temperature was too cold. |

Pleased that our Ocean Sea Walk at Sapi Island was organised for us - even pick-up from hotel. Athis was excellent service by staff (Rashidy)Pleased with free shuttle to airport. Please swimming pool now open 7am. Pool could open even earlier and could close later than 8pm.Restaurant on 5th floor prices high for average food like sandwich and burgers!!Our bedside lights broken from hinges. |

The spacious & new guest room. Although we were told to return for check-in after 2pm, which we did at almost 3pm. Still, we were told to wait at the lobby, which we finally got our room at almost 4.30pm. During this entire experience, the front desk staff was really cold & unfriendly. |
