The shower pressure was good. Free wi-fi in the room. Location fairly central and relatively close to the public transport. There was cockroach in my room on the very first night. Bed bugs. Extremely poor lighting to do or find anything in the room. Hotel difficult to get to with luggage after noon, as market stalls block the road from around noon until past midnight. There is a passage behind the stalls but it is very tight and not at all appropriate for wheeled luggage - every 2-3 meters there is a step up, then after further 2-3 meters a step down. This goes all the way to the hotel. |

Great location. You have 3 stations in walking distance and a bus stand. You can cover entire KLL without much trouble. Friendly staff and good room service. Worth the money you pay. Though some say that u cant sleep there because of noise from Chinatown, we had no problem. (We stayed in 5th and 6th floors) 1. Room size is average. 2. Breakfast is basically same everyday. 3. IDD call charges are high and u have to deposit 100RM before the call, which will only be returned when u checkout. |

The location is obviously unbeatable. It's in the lively China Town, accessible by public transportation. It's also very close to a South Indian temple and a Chinese temple just opposite. Besides, there are loads of places for eating. If you are keen on shopping, look no further than China Town. Our room is just by the street, but it wasn't noisy in the evening. The room is simple but adequate. The only thing is it's a bit small (bizzarely the bathroom is quite spacious). We also like the fact that it's got wireless internet in the room for free - just ask for the access at the receiption. 1. The room is a bit small. 2. The breakfast is skippable. |

Prompt housekeeping, room cleanliness, friendly staff, value for money. There were few television channels, all which are in malay. Breakfast is edible but can be better. No windows in my room, but it's not much of a problem. |

I found the hotel is clean and suitable for backpackers. The ironing board provided by hotel is worse. Actually, I would like to have a queen size bed for my room since I am stay alone in a room and my two friends stay in another room. But, they looks like don't know anything about this although I already stated under 'comment' of the booking.com web site when I booked the hotel. I was thinking maybe they not focus about this; if they aware on this, thay should email me or give me a call to comfirm the booking. I think the services provided from the staff in this hotel should be improve. |

Well situated in the core of Chinatown. Too noisy, there are a lot of shops close to the hotel with dance music like a disco all the time until 23h. Superior room it´s not a good choice because they are located on the front on the hotel close to this noisy shops |

Staff were helpful and friendly. It felt safe, Near to bus station and LWT station, near to a lot of sights. Suprisingly quiet. Difficult to get to in the evening with bags, this could be made clearer on the web site. |

Neat hotel with clean rooms. One of the trips that the hotel sells is to an elephant sanctuary. However, this looked more like a circus than a sanctuary. Elephants living in jungle that is being destructed for palm oil plantations are transported to the 'sanctuary' and learn to perform tricks for tourists. |

The location was good with the Chinatown markets right outside the door. The staff were mainly good and there is secure luggage storage for 2 ringetts per bag per night We stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our holiday. We booked a standard room at the beginning and a superior room on our return visit. When we checked in for our second visit the 2 guys on reception appeared to have a problem. I was told everything was ok and we were in a superior room. Cos we had stayed 10 days before we knew as soon as we opened our room door we were in a standard room. When I went back to reception I was told it was a superior too until I said it was the same as the standard room we had before. They then said the superior room was broken! They also tried to charge for a superior room when we checked out. |

It's in the centre of Petaling Street. It's convenient to travel by taking the LRT. There's no parking lot nearby. I have to park my car at the multi purpose carpark at Jalan Sultan. It's about 15 - 20 mins walk. |

The room was with bath! A real bath, not just a shower sticking out of the wall and a hole in the floor to let water go. I wouldn't think that having a bath in the barthroom can be regarded as something unusual, but having seen later in othe Malaysian hotels those shower "devices" described above, this point of having a real bath is a real adwantage of the hotel! Very difficult to find! Especially after dark, when the market has been assembled, it comes next to impossible to find the entrance to the hotel! Taxi drivers have no clue either where the hotel is. |
