I was offered room upgrade at no extra cost, the room was very large for a couple..the view from the hotel room was outstanding..the staff are polite and helpful, but the best is the staff at massage corner..they did a great job..this hotel is great for rest & relax. other than the need to change your parking ticket for free exit..the rest is perfect.

room card should be provided at least two.the reason why, when we want to go up and down we need to scan the card on the top of the button lift.so that, we cant be separated.let say if my partner want to stay in the room but i want to go for swimming at the 33 floor,i have to take the card along with me.this kind of system really not convenience to me.

The rooms are very clean, organised and stylish, the staff are polite and co operative, location is good, little bit far frm the twin towers, but yet very very close to kl menara tower, we had very nice honeymoon days Taxi are expensive if u will take from the hotel

Size of the room. Service great. Breakfast (although I used the pay daily option) was very good. Hotel's offer of International Power adaptors a very nice touch. Harsh, loud, unbearable vibration noise coming from possibly self- activating exhaust fan in bathroom (Room 2813). I did not complain as it was easy for me to disconnect the room's power when I slept and I did not spend much time there when I was not sleeping. The Hotel seems to only use the expensive (Blue) Taxi's eg: rm200 quoted 1 way to Sepang circuit. A short walk to the street will save you some money if you're on a budget.

The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable to move around. Location is just right, right next to the Menara kl Tower and a few minutes away from the iconic Petronas Towers. Good access to malls and restaurants as well. The hotel is not situated right in the middle of the huss and buss of the city roads, but a little away from it making it noise and pollution free, another major plus point of this hotel.

This is in a great location, opposite kl tower and only 10 mins from the Petronas Towers. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was huge with lounge, dining and kitchen area. The staff were also very pleasant. The Luna bar and the Soi 23 restaurant well worth a visit, just wish they would give you time to enjoy or order another drink before expecting you to pay the bill.

the location and nothing but the location in good in this hotel the staff their are the worse ever. I went twice to double chick the hotel rating during my stay. I can't believe that they are 5 star rated !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the pacific regency kl with my 17 yr old daughter. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were huge and very comfortable. Food at the hotel was lovely. The pool area was fantastic. The views were to die for as the pool was on the roof top. The location on the hotel was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the pacific regancy again. Hopefully very soon.
