Fantastic hotel,great location,staff excellent and very helpfull. Ideal place to stay with all places to see within easy distance.Hotel rooms are brilliant (5 star standard) I had views of the petronas tower and there is a great open roof pool at top of hotel. It is next to kl tower and ten minutes walk from petronas towers. I found great shopping within 1 minute from the hotel . It has great options for food with top floor restaurant But if require to go budget on food mc donalds and pizza restaurants less than a minute away. Will rebook this hotel for next year and stay longer as kul has much to offer and great places to see. Easy to get to if you get fast train to kl central from airport and very cheap taxi ride to hotel from there |

not very very close to monorail station, 10 min by foot, but close to Petrona towers ( 10min by foot ). |

The location is very close and convenient to the office I work in KL. The facility in the room is not very good but enough for me, staying alone for business trip. The special price offered this time is fair enough. However the list price is too expencive if you compare with other hotels, as if the hotel is cheating guests. |

Hotel is centrally located in Kuala Lumpur and is located near shopping center, business disctrict, tourist attraction eg KL tower, KL twin tower, central market and chinatown. Hotel staff is very accomodating and friendly as well especially the filipino receptionist. Rooms needs some renovation work as rooms look old. |

We were on our honeymoon and would have appreciated a bit more of a fuss being made of us! We are in the tourism industry and certainly make honeymooners feel that extra bit special. Also we specified a non-smoking room but were given a room which had been used by smokers so it didn't smell fresh. This isn't nice for non-smokers. On the website it also said that breakfast was included but it wasn't. |

Size of room and quality of bathroom was excellent and good value for money. Staff were pleasant on the whole and presence of on on-site self service launderette was a bonus. Most disappointed that at check in there was a delay in finding my reservation and, more annoyingly, my request for a twin room as I was travelling with my son was not accommodated. Even more irritating was the lack of an apology from the check in desk staff. |

location is good. located directly across from the driveway to the KL Tower and with 10 minute walk to Petronas Towers. One bedroom suite with full kitchen was like an apartment. Great pool area that turns into a lounge in the evening on the roof. finish and furnishings a bit out-dated but not bad |

The suite was very spacious, great bathroom, comfy bed. The rooftop pool and bar offer a fantastic view of the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite was clean. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite was big and immaculately clean. Other highlights were the pool area, the bar at night and a supply of chocolate and bottled water everyday! The only one criticism I have is that taxi rank on the grounds of the hotel rips tourists off, charging 3 and 4 times what they should charge. The hotel should not allow this. |

It is very central, next to the Tower and walking distance from shopping and entertainment area The breakfast was a joke. This would be ok in a 1 star hotel but for this money you get ridiculously little and you are much better of to go to "Sercret Recipy" across the street where you can eat and drink with 4 for the price of 2 in the hotel. |

I stayed in the Pacific Regency for two nights, in my last weekend in Malaysia. The hotel has a nice location (walking distance from the KLCC-Twin Towers and KL monorail stations). The staff was competent and helpful. This is great value for your money. |
